Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Virginia

I love Moes, but this location was awful and I won't be back. I ordered a Joey Junior and walked through everything I wanted with the lady. At the end, she just balled up the burrito and everything squished out as she wrapped it. I asked her to rewrap it and she opened it back up, balled it up again, got angry and flung it into the trash. Instead of just putting the ingredients into a new tortilla; what a waste. She went back to redo the whole order and literally put a teaspoon of rice and beans on. Way less than before. Flew through everything and when I told her to add more of everything she said it's a junior and that means less ingredients. It was basically all tortilla. I told her I didn't want her to continue to make my burrito, and she refused to stop. Had such an attitude and threw everything all over so it slopped around. I was so taken aback and frustrated I didn't even know what to say. I ate it, there were 5 pieces of steak in it, but I was hungry. Anyways, she was so rude and had the worst attitude. I...

Yuck!!! Went for lunch today and watched a female employee (see photo) fill up a drink order for a togo order wearing her gloves. She touched the filthy screen of the drink machine with her fingertips. Once finished, she went back behind the counter and began touching the food without changing her gloves!!! Chopping chicken and handling a crunch-wrap on the grill. Sick!!! How are you allowing these employees to work there? And what’s worse is that your phone numbers are all disconnected to the store and to corporate. Patrons: avoid this place or make sure you ask them to change gloves in front of you.

9/8 Update: I called Moes corporate almost 2 weeks ago to file a complaint. This branch refused to reach out to apologize or assure they fixed this problem. Daequan at corporate said it was forwarded to the franchise but they never reached out to me either. Today Daequan said that the case has been closed. This service is rather hit or miss. Yesterday was the national burrito Day promotion and the place was a disaster. Mobile orders were taking over two hours to complete, the walk in line was out the door. There was no rhyme or reason on orders being called. Eventually they just wrote down the names of people waiting for their food to come back another day and get a free queso for the trouble. We came back today, the staff were a little grouchy but we got fresh burritos and queso which hit the spot!
