Sbarro Glade Spring — Restaurant in Virginia

I guess if you didn't know any better this would be an okay place. But the fact that I know better, the place was gross. The mac and cheese was so heavy on the cheese sauce it was disgusting. I got a pepperoni stromboli, the center of it was cold and yet the pepperoni and cheese on the inside was chewy. They don't charge for the marinara which is a good thing, because it was cold and gross. The staff acted like they had no clue what was going on. I asked a question about the price and the girl helping me had no idea and had to ask. The pizzas look like they've been out for quite a while. The wings were over a dollar apiece and I did not choose those because they as well look sickly. The best thing about my meal was the Jarritos orange drink. It was pretty tasty. For $15 I should have just ordered Taco Bell and called it a day. Also, I noticed a sign that stated that they did not take the t a meal ticket coupons. CARD INFO STOLEN, FRAUDULENT CHARGE FROM THEIR EMPLOYEE!!!!! Stopped in here Monday 8/19/24 around 1945, bought 2 pepperoni strombolis. The woman tried swiping my card but it didn’t work so she manually entered my card info. No problem with that as I wanted to pay for the food. She told the other girl she was working with that she manually entered my card which seemed weird but didn’t register anything other than that at the time. The next day, Tuesday, I am checking my card transactions because the balance isn’t adding up and I notice a second charge on my card of over $23. Call Sbarro’s and they tell me to call back in the morning to talk to Brooke, the GM, but they take down my name and number. I call in Wednesday morning and apparently their phones are not working. I have just witnessed the most blatant disrespect of a restaurant. I go to a lot of these places all over as a truck driver and I've never witnessed such blatant disregard as a customer as I experienced here at this particular place and quite frankly I believe that it was because of my skin color cast off as insignificant, and that's totally my opinion but I'm probably right. I went in to order a whole pizza like I always do and was told that what comes first is the filling of the displays like my money doesn't mean nothing. I wonder if these employees realize that without customers like myself they don't get a paycheck I totally do not recommend this place pathetic.
