Sky Lounge — Restaurant in Virginia

I would like to share my recent experience at a lounge where I have been a loyal customer for several years and have always given a 5-star rating. However, during my last visit on Thursday night, March 24th, from around 10 pm until closing time, I encountered a server who seemed overly interested in my personal information. She frequently visited my table, interrupting my relaxing time, which made me feel uncomfortable. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service at this place before. Additionally, I noticed that she was trying to overcharge me for my orders, and when she showed me the price, I told her that I knew how much I would pay. She seemed nervous because I noticed what she was trying to do with my check. I began to wonder if the owner was aware of her behavior towards customers. I hope to avoid encountering her during my next visit, otherwise, I might have to avoid my favorite spot in the DMV area...

make sure price what you see is the same as checkout. It is misleading and deceptive tw an item on the menu with a price while on check out it’s a different price. •saying prices have changed is not an excuse. All customers need to see the prices reflecting the changes. •I am glad that the supervise understood my point. A previous employees told me “why I am arguing for a difference of few dollars” I explained it’s a matter of concept.
