Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Went here at 1:00 on Saturday the one that started with our sandwich was great. Then the other one that came out to do the toppings was taking her sweet time not only with washing her hands looking out the window daydreaming , but after she finished our sandwich instead of finishing checking us out she went and did the next sandwich’s that we were not with us. My fiancée was accused of kicking the door on the way out and he did not. The door just swag out quickly. We have ordered pick up from here twice now. Both times the orders have been horribly wrong. The second time was worse though, with hardly any of the toppings being accurate to the actual order. I ended up filing a complaint with Subway and asking for a refund because the order was frankly inedible with what was actually put on the sandwich. It took over two weeks to receive a response and all that was mentioned was "reviewing cameras for training...

Terrible experience. Placed an online order for pickup at 7:19, to be picked up at 7:35. Pull up to drive thru window at 7:35. Inside was fairly busy, so I was expecting a slight wait. Ends up they never even started my order until the entire restaurant was empty. Every time a new person walked inside, it delayed my order.
