Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Never usually have issues with this subway! Usually the staff is friendly and makes our order perfect. Tonight the foreign women that was there attempted to make our flatbread sandwiches with so little shredded cheese it would not even equal a triangle of the standard cheese. We let her know it was not the normal amount and that it would not be the same as a standard slice. She said she would put extra on there and charge us for it. Once we had about finished getting our order she began to ring our order and proceeded to charge for extra cheese when we had already voiced that we did not order extra cheese. She was very rude to us! She also made a comment to my 8 year old! We walked out. We will not stand there and get treated this way. Highly recommend she gets repromanded however she is related to the owners so she most likley wont. Very upset! We did not pay for anything and...

If I could, I would not even give them one star because that’s how good the customer service is at this location. I ordered 3 foot longs with extra meat which is considered a pro. We pay $15 apiece and ordered 1 bag of chips plus give four dollar and something tip And get home with it and they did a single meat on all of them so I called thinking that they would be apologetic and take care of us because accidents do happen and the guy even said he was the manager and he could care less I told him I was going to call corporate and he more or less told me there was no reason for me to call corporate because they’re individually owned. I will never buy from them again and if I were you, I would think twice about doing an online order if you’re not standing right there, Very poor...

I went in yesterday afternoon around 2. The girl behind the counter wasn’t wearing her mask nor was she wearing gloves when preparing my food. She had a friend walk in behind me that it was obvious she wanted to talk to more than help with my order. Kept telling her she would go for a cigarette after she finished this( my order). She continues to rush me through and talk to her friend where I learn how short staffed the restaurant is and how she would quit if there was someone there to replace her. This was one of the worst subway experiences I’ve ever had. The veggies were wilted and old as they had already started to turn colors. Other bins were completely empty. I went home to throw both subs I had gotten away because they made us sick. Thanks I won’t ever be back to...
