Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I love this subway but lately the women who work at night are really really slow I mean like 10 min for a wrap slow. It takes them a while to even come to the front I have to ring the bell which I realize that’s why it’s there but it still takes a long while for anyone to come up front. Then these past two times an older lady who works nights has been overcharging me and when I mentioned how the price isn’t correct she said that’s what she’s told to put in so I called the next day and spoke with a man and he said he doesn’t know who taught her that but that I’m not the only one complaining so I urge everyone to check receipts! My wrap I get all the time is the turkey bacon gaucamole it’s $7.29 she rings it up as $6.99 and adds $.79 for bacon when bacon is included then tries to say it’s cheaper that way. The only reason I’m giving it only 1 star is because Diana (old white lady) is the slowest worker and on top of that she’s rude. I watched her argue with another worker that was trying to help her with sandwiches because the line was just about to the door. When Diana is alone working 1 sandwich typically takes 7-10 min to make where as anyone else that works there and get them done in a fraction of time. If she wasn’t rude to customers and workers it wouldn’t make me complain. She’s also overcharged me on a few different occasions and when I brought it to her attention she tells me she knows what she’s doing. Hah. I thought I was alone to rate this place as a one star, if there was anything lower, they would have earned it. 2 years ago I bought a cold cut sandwich. The bread was old and I felt like I was eating a pickle sandwich. Well that perty much was it for me to stop here again. After 2 years the same story, and sad part about it is that I specifically asked if the bread was fresh and ofcourse they said it was. These people just can't make sandwiches. If you want a cold cut sandwich, simply stop at a most rinky dinky place and buy a loaf of stail bread and a jar of pickles and save your self from talking to these time card punchers.
