My husband picked up the veggie delite salad for me because i had to work late and this store was open til 12 by the time i sat down to eat i noticed my salad was missing the bacon i paid for. So I called at 1134pm to let them know and spoke with an associate and all she could say "oh im sorry" we are out of bacon. And I asked why didn't the website give me that message when I ordered or why didn't anyone tell my husband when he arrived and again all she could "oh im really sorry" then i asked her well how are you going to fix this and make it right? And all she could say is "i could give you a refund" and I asked how? Then she said well you can bring it back we can make something else but I told her by the time I get there you will be closed and then all she could say is "oh im sorry" so I asked for a manager then she said we'll im the lead and I asked her name she stated Janiya she said I could call back tomorrow and speak to another manager...At this point I am furious she didn't care or didnt have any sense of urgency to resolve the issue. I couldnt even eat my salad after being so angry so I will be calling or going up there in the morning for them to resolve this issue. I have placed online orders multiple times for a #3 monster bc I love the bacon and extra cheese however it comes with some things I don’t like. When I order i specifically remove those items and even clarify it on the receipt for the employees to see exactly what I don’t want. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to read you would think if I put “no peppers or onions please” on the top of the receipt and also select to remove them in the ingredients that idk that means don’t put them on there as I’m very allergic.
