Up until today I’ve had mostly positive experiences with this Taco Bell. Nothing more than the occasional missing or messed up item, which in my case, it’s pretty lucky that they’re still edible seeing as im a vegetarian. Meat has not been part of my diet for going on 14 years, and taco bell has always been a reliable place for a quick meal. However; today, not only was EVERY item made wrong, they each had a heaping portion of meat to boot. I ordered online so I know the ticket was accurate, and this I just a case of staff negligence. Read more2/6/2025 Night Time I pulled into the drive-thru because the lobby was closed. Shift Leader told me to pull to the side and someone would bring my food out. After time went by, no one brought my food out. Shift Leader changed out the cash register drawer and he saw me standing by my car waiting for him to tell me my order was ready. I got the chalupa combo with no cheese and asked for a Doritos loco taco for my crunchy one, also with no cheese. I got no push back at all and all was accurate.
