Taste Buds — Restaurant in Virginia

My family and I have been ordering from taste buds for probably two years or more. Very seldom Is there an issue with our food. I have never called to report anything wrong or missing from our food, even though there has been, And we always spend at least $70.00. This evening I called back to the restaurant, To let them know that they had messed up two of the subs that we ordered, And there was massive seasoning missing from the wings. The young lady that I spoke to, Spoke to the owner slash manager an offered a twenty percent discount. Which in my opinion for over a seventy dollar order would not do. So I asked if we could get either a better discount or get 2 subs and a order of wings for free. The owner got on the phone and told me that she would give a 25% discount for missing lettuce, she did not mention the other things that were missing, And that I would have to bring in the subs and wings that they messed up, which we had delivered to our home. Then when I said that I was not going to do that and asked why she could not give us a better discount, she got very rude and so did I. Needless to say, for a family that spends the money that we do at a local restaurant which we love, And to have an owner speak to us like we were nothing was very upsetting. I hope after reading this the owner, or owners realize how to speak to...

The pizza lacked toppings and taste. The cheese and toppings stopped like an inch before the end crust started. Pretty bland for an independent shop. The only thing worse than the pizza was the wings. They tasted like the frozen ones from the grocery store you pop into the microwave. If it wasn't for the layer of grease at the bottom of the basket I would suspect that's exactly what they were. The garlic parm had next to no flavor. Even the ranch, the one thing you could possibly smother the rest of the bad food in to make it almost palatable was nothing more than those terrible little si gle serving pre packaged cups you'd get from burger King or Carl's Jr. Also no fountain drinks, bottles at a place with several sit down tables. What a joke. For over $34 bucks for a small pizza and 12 wings you can do much better than this place. Adding a photo so you can see what I meant with the bad pizza, this is supposed to be there meatza specialty....

So there's a few things that led to that review. The food was pretty good. The staff other than the older man (who I'm assuming was the owner) was great. The older man was standing there watching everyone. There were 5 of us. My husband and I and our 3 kids. 2 people were brought food first. And while the server was running from phone to serving food, to dealing with pickup orders while he stood in the way basically or sat in the chair. And the biggest part of this review the older man kept staring at the young girls. You could literally see him staring at their bottoms as they walked by. With his eyes following every step they took. And it seems like all of the girls working up front are underage. I may be wrong on their age but they looked young enough to me that an older man his age shouldn't be staring at them like that. This would probably be the biggest reason...
