Ordered on line to be picked up this past Saturday night. Simple order, cheeseburger and fries. Got the congratulations you've successfully placed your order. Order will be ready at 7:24 pm. I arrived shortly after 7:24pm to find two girls at desk with one on phone. Ask to pick up my order. Girl says there is no order, but she'll check the computer once other girl gets off phone. Finally... computer has no order for me. She asks if i ordered it under a different name. No i did not. She says she'll ask the manager because sometimes he gets the orders and does not tell them. Before she leaves I tell her my order is just a cheesburger and fries in case that helps. Sometime later she returns and says the manager does not have my order. She looks past me to seat the people who've just arrived. I say so I don't get any food?. I am ignored. I left with no food and no offer to help such as place any order for me. I get that my online order never showed(it's in my history).i don't understand why no one, neither the two girls nor the manager, offered to retake my order, help me...All I got was it's not here. FYI... I live very close to this restaurant. I will never return. FYI... i have family who own a restaurant in a resort area. They are amazed that no one offered to help me FYI... while waiting for the girl to see the manager, who never came to the front to talk to me, I noticed multiple empty seats at the bar and multiple empty booths... at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Read moreAWFUL. Top 3 worst food experiences in my life. Terrible wait staff and rude as hell. I showed up to this place for Mother's Day for a brunch they have every Saturday and Sunday. It was the worst. It took 20 minutes for the drinks to and the food never came. I asked my server to give me an update on the food and he never provided an answer. My theory is that he forget to drop the order. After the another 20 minutes I had enough. I asked for my check and told him we are leaving. The restaurant was at 20% capacity at 12:50pm on a Sunday, so there is really no excuse. To make matters worse... one of the servers asked me if I ever served food before and he said to give them a break because they were slammed. I told him to look around. The manager attempted to comp our drinks, but I didn't even want that.
Mother's day is the busiest day of the year for restaurants. Hundreds of thousands of restaurant plan and forecast for that day. Food Serving 101 don't ask your potential customers if they have ever served food. It doesn't matter whether they have or not... communicate, be professional and be timely.
Management claimed that they were changing a few things with staffing, so I am under the assumption that they have encountered these types of "issues" in the past. Avoid this place. You are better off receiving better service at Buffalo Wild...

I want to give it more stars because the place is nice, the food is really good and the staff is pleasant... but it takes so long to get your food there. Every time we go we leave an hour and a half later and say "we gotta stop coming here"... then we forget about the wait or maybe the amount of time doesn't seem that bad so a couple months later we go back... and again we say the same thing. Had to cancel our later evening plans because we missed them. At least this time the waiter noticed how long we'd been sitting there and took 15% off our bill without us even saying anything about it (again great staff).
The southwest egg rolls are awesome. The wings are really good. The flat bread pizzas are good. The fries are fantastic. Lots of TV's. And there's a great beer selection.
So as long as you don't have anywhere to be, and aren't starving, it's a great place and I highly recommend... just not on a...
