Sept 16/2024 I arrived at the restaurant and placed 2 orders to go. I was handed 2 bags. Paid and gave a tip. Drove 5 miles home...opened one bag and proceeded to share that meal with my husband. I bit onto a piece of round metal the size of a pea and beside it was a broken BIG piece of a dish! I drove back and told him first, we ordered chicken fajitas and shrimp enchiladas. We got all chicken. Secondly, I bit into this round metal piece the size of a pea and also this big piece of a plate was also in that same dish. His response was, "you took 2 orders"....I said...you handed them to me, it's NOT my fault! I want my money back. He proceeded to run the credit. Showed me on the screen and said...I don't know how long the credit will take. I left and then walked back in and asked for the credit receipt. He never once apologized. I was very calm and quiet. I did not create a scene. Then yesterday (day after the event) I decided to call and speak to the manager about my conversation with this employee. The man answered I recognized his voice. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager. I asked his name and he said his name was Adriane. So I said Adriane I'm calling to tell you that I was very disappointed in the way you responded to my complaint about the order being wrong and about the 2 items found in my food. Your first response was "you took 2 bags"....you never apologized. That was your main concern. You obviously didn't care about the foreign pieces found in our food. He told me that I was very rude to him the day before...and that I took over the conversation, just like I'm doing now...to him. I said, "Adriane I was not loud and rude that day. He said I was. I said this is obviously falling on deaf ears. He told me he went back to the cooks and talked to them. I said I don't need to hear what you did. He said because I had taken 2 orders he had to make another order. I said...thats on YOU! not me...I ordered 2 orders, you handed me 2 bags, YOU watched me walk out of the restaurant. We will never go there again. I YELPED...

My wife and I ordered a Nacho Del LA Rasa and and extra rice and beans. The rice and beans were pretty good. Beans for me were a little salty, but still good! I dug into my nachos and had two complaints A tomatoes on your nachos shouldn't be a cut in half, slice of tomato on top. I didn't bring it home to dice the tomato myself. When getting beans on your nachos, I expected a layer of beans coating my chips, not a spoonful of beans smashed on top of the lettuce. Seems like lazy cooks or poor management standards. Whichever, the food wasn't bad. Ate all of it, but if Taco Bell can put beans on your chips and diced tomatoes on top, I expect a Mexican restaurant...

We stopped in here to grab a bite to eat , not much to choose from in Vivian for starters.

Overall the service was lacking from the minute we walked in.

Took 10 mins to get seated. 15mins before our waiter came to our table (but to his credit he was the best thing about the place)

Our food arrived warm...but flavor wise it was lacking for us all.

I ordered the shrimp enchiladas...which was literally grilled shrimp wrapped in a tortilla.... that's it

Not a place we would choose to go again.

But if you're just looking for warm food and something filling...then...
