Awesome little "Hole in the wall". It really defines middle America, in my opinion. Photos: Mac n cheese side: Decent overall, and I loved the combo of 2 different noodles. It's very cheesy, and reminds me of scratch made cheese sauce (Sharp cheddar?) and processed cheese product block (Valveeta generic?); and starchy water added to thicken. Very mild. Suits anybody. I added a dash of salt, pepper and Frank's Red Hot; at my table. "Soon to be famous" Chilli cup: Worth it! Meaty as can be. Tender meat and beans, yet not overly starchy from says old reheated beans. Thick enough I didn't need the crackers. 👍👍 Spicy enough to be a legit Chilli, but mild enough to suit almost anyone. They might not be lying about the "soon to be famous" part!🤔 Double Blackened Bison burger: This is a stock burger plus Blackened seasoning. Hot pepper cheese. 🌶 She's got flavor for days, and not from grease. Lean meat. Seasoned well. Worth every penny. Chicken n Waffles: Hot meets Spicy meets Sweeeeeeeeet! It's not just a food; it's an experience. Definitely try! Coleslaw was fresh, but kinda bland. Safe bet for a restaurant, because you can't please everyone. Add a dash of salt and/or sugar if you like it sweet. Pepper is a must, in my opinion.

Bar like atmosphere with limited seating indoor. History has made its mark and allowed this gem to flourish. With choices from Philly type sandwiches with homemade onion rings or home fries to hamburgers dressed with routine toppings or edgy ghost pepper cheese selections, this establishment fills up the customer's wishes efficiently. Staff work well together and smiled continuously. I know I will return and even though many parking spaces will be filled, in a short time I will get in and be served another satisfying meal at a very reasonable price.

The service and food were fantastic! Tried the chili right away because of the @reviews. The ribs on Friday night are smoking good, the max& cheese the very best I have ever had at a restaurant, and the sidewinder fries unique: tasty & thick. Only minor inconvenience for me was fries just a tad salty. Great date night out before the show at Eagle's Theater! We might come back even without seeing a show! Atmosphere was rated 3 just because it is a older building with needed cosmetic features.

This place is a hole-in-one in the wall. Somewhat non-descript exterior leads to your typical, laid-back, small-town bar-like atmosphere but with more character and better atmosphere. The fist thing that stood out was the level of service. It was nearly full when we arrived, it is seat-yourself and we weren’t even in our seats 30 seconds, and someone brought us a menu and took our drink order. There is limited seating and when they are busy, the bar area becomes very cramped but not uncomfortably so. We started with the loaded tarter tots which were, hands down, the BEST loaded tater tots I have ever had. Magic is my only explanation as to how they could be so good. The only downside was that there seemed to be only 8-10 in the basket, if that. They’re too good to have too few. The bison burger will not disappoint. Cooked perfectly and the bacon was actually crisp! The homemade chips that come with are also excellent. Writing this review is making me hungry for their food again; it’s that good. Even as busy as they were, the service from Dannae was great. This place is 45 minutes from home but...

This place is amazing! Delicious food and warm, friendly, caring service. My husband got the Judy and I got the Dirty Harry. Both sandwich were fantastic. The mac and cheese melts in your mouth. It might be some of the best mac and cheese I've ever had. But here's the thing that touched my heart about this place. I'd had a really hard week. I came in and immediately was welcomed like an old friend. This was my first time being here and I was looking for a place to get take-out for my family. I had heard the food was good, but didn't expect to walk into this place feeling crummy from my week and then leave feeling recharged and happy thanks to the company I spent time with. And then I discover that the food would surpassed my expectations of being just "good"--- the food was awesome! When my order was finished, we brought it home and discovered that one of the meals had been incorrectly made. I called and they didn't hesitate to make up a brand new meal. Plus, they added a gift card for my troubles. I thought the gesture was so nice, it made me teary eyed. We will...
