Subway — Restaurant in Waco

Contacted the store because over half of the bread roll for my sandwich the bread was hard as a rockandinedible...Itoleratedpart of it but wound up justtakingitapart and tossingit...the lady working there wasn't interested in throwing the rest of it out so it wasn't served to anymore customers....I understand that it was late at night but folks shouldn't be served that sorta food and there ..and no I didn't want another sandwich made like she offered...just for the problem to be fixed for other customers...a lot of drivers stop there and usually won't notice the problem till they get further down the road and by then it's too late....do better...

Subway just doesn't seem to have that pizaz it once did for me. But dangit if I don't love me some cold cuts! Fresh ingredients, crisp veggies, and all for a low price. Always satisfied, and I never leave regretting my decision to go here. Employees seemed extra excited to make my sandwiches, as if the other option was scrubbing the crappers. But seriously, I don't have a single complaint, except for the rude guy in the parking lot that almost hit me. That dude, no one likes. I think he hates himself...

What a great young lady. Didn't get her name but probably the best customer service I have ever had on the road. Not trying to be a idiot. But she is a young black maybe late teens or early 20s the store owner should be proud to have her on his team. I am a OVR trucker. She acts like she loves her job and takes interest in her customers. Would love to be able to see how her future turns out what a ray of sunshine in this dark dark world. Thanks for being my...
