Updates post 10/04/2024 I'm so disappointed in today. I placed my order online at 12: 50 p.m. from their ingot their as soon as my order was supposed to be ready .. NO Joke I waited till 1.21 till she handede my food from drive thru .. once it hit my hands the freaking fries were cold like it had plenty of time for bacteria to grow the drinks were not made correctly and I had to go .. the African American lady in drive-thru very thick had her shirt tied up in the back to where her stomach and her back was showing, The thick white girl who handed me my food threw it at me so I o speak. . I was chef about 8 cars drive away bc it was taking forever and it's like they were messing around .. I'm very disappointed. I should not have to wait 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a order of cold as fries . Being recommended.
✓✓✓ old post from 07/2024✓✓✓ Last time I was here I gave a one I was disappointed, tonight I was upset once again but I stopped for a second and just watched and listened and there were only 3 kids inside this store . They couldn't do all the stalls so nicely they said drive thru only , taking order , making food fresh and shakes/drinks . It may have taken a little longer tonight but those 3 working tonight had a great attitude they worked together and made a reasonable decision in running the drive thru the way they did. Read moreI was not going to give this place of business any stars if I cool. I stopped by today around 4pm to get a drink. Ordered my drink, waited in line, got to the window to pay, and handed the employee my credit card. After a few moments, I look back in and notice the employee with her phone in her hands and my credit card laying directly on the counter. When she noticed me looking, she threw her phone down and handed me my card and receipt. I didn’t say anything but that seemed suspicious. I locked my card and went on my way. I just received a notice on my card that it was attempting to be used at Walmart.com. I denied the purchase. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The person who answered claimed to be the manager. I said I would like the information for the general manager as I was in earlier today and I do believe my card information was stolen. She claimed that wasn’t it and that they have to type the card number when the reader doesn’t work. I stated that it was the case and I saw her take a picture. She started yelling saying that wasn’t it. I advised I just wanted the general managers number so I could discuss. She told me I couldn’t have it. I advised I would be calling the police. She said “fine, call them”...
Read moreThe experience that I had at this sonic was very unfortunate l. I pulled up to exterior kiosk to place my order and was told through the kiosk mic that I have to go through drive-through. This was a big inconvenience due to the car full of kids that I had and my needing to walk the dogs. Most employees at sonic are energetic and happy. Here it didn’t seem like they had enough energy to walk my food across the parking lot to deliver it to me hence the request to go drive through. I decided to go to the drive-through to make them happy… when I got to the drive-through it just got worse the employee taking my order seemed to be frustrated, unhappy, had an attitude, and simply seemed like a miserable person. Her attitude was so bad that we decided to go to the Taco Bell next-door. This was very unfortunate because we all wanted sonic food pretty badly as well as slushes, but it was so bad we couldn’t stand to be talked to talk like we were an inconvenience as paying customers. And honestly, with the attitude that we were given, we were under the impression that the food may be tainted/tampered with in someway, and it wouldn’t be safe to even eat.
