I brought my daughter to this location to get a donut, and got her some girl scout cookies from a booth outside the store, celebrating Dunkin's new girl scout cookie coffee flavours.
The service was just okay, compared to other locations; there seemed to be more staff than necessary, a few girls just standing around talking to each other, and the girl at the register seemed like either she didn't know what she was doing, or just had better things to be doing than working. The woman who came up and made my coffee, was really nice, friendly, and professional though. Unfortunately, I didn't notice names, as I was paying more attention to my 2 year old daughter, but I'm pretty sure whoever made my coffee, was the manager. Ultimately, this is still a better location than Milton. Wakefield makes your coffee correctly, and you don't witness employees arguing with management, or swearing in front of customers & their children. Both being small towns though, it seems the only way to be treated nicely, is if you are from that town, friends with the employee you're dealing with, or an employee yourself. I've been both a lone customer, and gone with an employee, to both locations, and the way I was treated in those instances, was far drastic from each other; although, even with an employee, you're still mostly ignored, while they talk across you through the drive-thru, to the employee in your passenger seat. Customer service should extend the same way to all customers, consistently every time, not selectively, as these kids do it. The plus side to this location, is it wasn't filthy. There wasn't trash on the tables and seats, and the tables were mostly wiped down (at least the one we sat at was). I didn't notice a public restroom, and didn't inquire of one, so can't say anything there. So, 4 Stars for this location; had the order not been correct, or the place was filthy, it would've been a lower rating.
My daughter loved her powdered donut though, as you can see in the pictures...
Read moreThis the 2nd time me and family have come here and felt like we weren't treated fair. The 1st time it was only me and my sister in there and they made us wait 20 min to place an order because they cared more about drive up than 2 ppl waiting in line and they had 4 ppl working there. Place an order avocado toast with bacon and paid extra to add an egg. Today I asked for the same thing and when I got my order there was no egg and it was the same woman who attended us the 1st time and I asked her about the egg and she's like they don't do that and the other lady came and said who eat egg with avocado toast.. I told the lady you did my order the 1st time and she acted stupid like we don't do that knowing they have that selection to add a fried egg. The fat lady that was wearing flowers on her hair and the old lady with the crooked eyes were really rude and had an attitude instead of saying sorry we can't add egg instead of pretending that she took my order right and then come and say I didn't hear you say that. When I received our the avocado toast no egg and few scrap of bacon worse dunkin ever, worse service as well. Nobody wanted to go to the register and take ppl order and they did not care that they had a lobby full of ppl waiting in line. Hire ppl that really wanna work and not look like they hate...
Read moreThis may have been the worst customer experience at a dunkin donuts ive ever had. I dont think ive ever left a review for a business let alone a negative one. I sat in line for over 20 minutes and the line didnt move. The dunkins was busy, extremely busy. The three people ordering everything off the menu couldnt deceide what they wanted and had to keep checking their phones texting their friends what they wanted.
But what made this entire experience so terrible was the "Eight" yes eight people working the drive through. While a lone young girl lazily worked the register with no urgency to work faster, ask for help, or open another register.
As this is all happening the line is still growing behind me. The line got so long there was actually no where to comfortably stand inside. Then when the three people finally got thejr three dozen donuts, muffins, sandwiches, and coffees. I had to relieve the entire experience again.
I'll still go to dunks but i will stay away from this one. Terrible terrible...
