Went there in the late evening for Mothers Day. It was busy when we arrived but while waiting most of the people seated were getting ready to leave. We were seated around 7:15pm. Waitress came by few moments later and asked us if we knew what we wanted - We for the most part did, but needed to quickly figure one thing out. Instead of letting us, she cut me off and said she'd give us more time... it was a lot of time that she gave us - she didn't return for a while. When she did we finally ordered. It took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive. It was COLD when it arrived to us. The people sitting next to us arrived later than us and got their food way before us. Not only that, but the waitress didn't return once during that 40 minute wait to see if we needed a drink or anything. We quickly ate our meals and rushed to leave. It was incredibly frustrating to try and end a nice day on a rougher note, especially considering the food wasn't cheap. $70.00 for our order- tipped $20. $90 outing for an experience that led us to leave wishing we never set out to do. Will not come back. Will be sticking with Blue Bay where we have never once...
Read moreVery disappointed, we will not be back. Ordered Prime Rib, it was on the Special for Sunday. Never AGAIN! We ordered three beers, my sonâs beer came and had two chips on the rim of the glass, sent it back, and waitress took it away. She dropped off replacement when the meal came; it was the Bud light draft and should have been an IPA, as ordered. She took it away; he sat entire meal with out a beverage or replacement. The meat did not look like prime rib. When I asked the waitress, she said it was. When the bill came we were charged for a "Montreal Steak", brought it to her attention, she said she would talk to the manager. She reissued a new bill with a $1.00 (one dollar) price reduction. When I told her she didnât serve what was ordered and when I asked, she insisted it was Prime Rib. If they sold out, I should have had an opportunity to change my order. When we got up to leave, a coupe at the bar, said that the Knotty Pine did the same thing to them last night. They ordered the Prime Rib Special and were served overcooked T-bone. Very unprofessional, Manager never came to the table or sought us out to see how to rectify the problem....
Read moreTo start it off, our waitress dumped a drink on us and the table. Accidents happen, yes, but it wasnât a good start. But alone with the drink she dumped, my drink was wrong and my girlfriends they didnât have an ingredient and didnât mention it in case we didnât want it. Nevermind the long wait for her to get new drinks she had not even replaced the now partial drink she spilled. Food took a very long time, 45 minutes to an hour which seemed like a long time for the amount of people inside. My food (fried haddock) was good no complaints in the fish, but my significant others buffalo chicken wrap had little to no buffalo sauce and was just more like ranch wrap, there was so much ranch it was leaking out of the seems of the wrap. Another waitress tried to like make it right but at this point we just wanted our son to eat his food and pay to leave. They had only given us half off the wrap even tho we only took a bite or two out of it. All in all very disappointed...
