Very good BBQ for a food truck in the parking lot of a tool store!

Brisket was cooked to perfection. The ribs had good flavor just not much meat. Also tried the pulled pork and it was on point. Not sure if it's homemade BBQ sauce or not, but it's just okay.

The sides were really good. You could make a meal out of the beans, potato salad and mac and cheese seemed to be homemade and was very good.

They have a large menu that includes a chili dog which is what I want to try next! I bet the brisket nachos are very good! Can't...

I'm visiting Waldo from Dallas,TX. My elderly cousin who resides in Waldo wanted some BBQ. Lol! She asked me to Google and find a BBQ place. She was very surprised that one 5 minutes away from her house. I was disappointed that they did not have ribs available today. I was well pleased with the brisket, boudin, mac & cheese, and coleslaw.
