Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Walkertown

Big disappointment! My husband and I ordered a large hand tossed three topping pizza a couple of weeks ago with what we thought was a really good deal and we were thinking that a large 3 topping pizza would be enough to feed our family of three. When we got home and opened the pizza box there was the thinnest pizza! I know I did not order a thin pizza! I called them back to complain and generously enough they offered us a free pizza. We went in last night to redeem our free offer. They told us it would be about 10 to 15 minutes so we waited. And waited. And waited. After about 30 minutes we finally asked them if our pizza was ready. The lady behind the counter looked, I guess she didn't see one with our name. So she asked who turned out to be the manager if our pizza had been made. I don't remember which one said, "oh I know what happened - we ended up making an extra pepperoni and an extra cheese. So we kept standing there waiting for one of them to tell us what was going on with our pizza. We finally had to ask again so is our pizza not ready and that's when they told us that it wasn't and said something about they had a new driver blah blah blah. Still can't figure out how a driver could screw that up when we ordered inside. So the girl at the counter apologized and said that she could offer this pizza to us for free and we told her it was already free so then she said she could go ahead and make us another pizza as she's making our original one so even more waiting. Needless to say we weren't happy and we'll probably get our pizzas from Little Caesar's or Papa John's...

Poor service! I arrived during my ETA window, the app says my order is done! Should have waited to hit the I’m here button so I’d have gotten the free pizza cuz after waiting more than 5 minutes and seeing the delivery driver take off and someone else looking for a different car I go in to see what’s going on, I have things I need to get to and holding up on this pizza order wasn’t part of my day. I go in and it’s not in fact ready because the bottom oven isn’t working and though my order is priority (when everyone else is done) it’s not ready yet. Couldn’t give me a time as how much longer it would take just excuses about the bottom oven and then when it is finally ready, brings it out to me throws on extra stuff that I didn’t ask for you have no idea that my kid is allergic to cinnamon and you’ve contaminated my entire order so thank you so much for that soda that I added didn’t get got sprite asked for Fanta not at all the same. It’s not that hard to quality. Check your stuff if there’s an issue with equipment call let your customer know. Hey, did you wanna keep this on or it’s gonna be a little longer? Bullsh... I called today and complained I was not satisfied with my pizza, and they did exchange it after I had to argue with them for 10-20min about it and was basically told after I spent $23 on a terrible pizza..they could exchange the pizza out but they thought I was trying to just get a free pizza. I told him that was wrong thinking because it wasn't like their pizza is the best in town. I just needed something because I didn't feel well enough to cook. So, it looks like I could have asked for a full refund because I didn't like their terrible little product. Next time I will choose a refund instead of an exchange. Let's see how ...
