Pasquale's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Wall Township

Previous reviews were accurate when they disclosed the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE here. We ordered pizza through the slice app and after it didn't come for ONE AND A HALF HOURS we called slice for a refund and they said pasquale's didn't authorize a refund. So we called Pasquale's and they said they would authorize a refund but since they didn't have access to the payment method to call slice. (Mind you during this time we ordered food from somewhere else, because we waited so long and were starving. At this point we wanted the delivery cancelled and to be refunded). So we called slice back and slice says that they will not refund us because the pizza JUST arrived at our house (1 hour and 40 minutes after ordered). Pasquale's played us and slice back and forth to avoid reimbursing us our money. Since our first initial call to slice (who called pasquale's) to the final delivery of our pizza, it was 10 minutes. To note, Pasquale's is 10 minutes from our house. So, we are convinced they only decided to deliver once Slice called with our complaint. We only ordered one pizza and this should not have taken so long.

It looks like this place has a history of delivering late based on prior reviews. One person even mentioned in their google review that the owner found them on facebook and blasted them after leaving a poor google review. Good thing I don't have facebook- so don't waste your time looking for me Pasquale's. I hope you treat whatever customers you have left...

I have been working in Wall for some time now and always find myself settling for expensive mediocre pizza, cheesesteaks, subs, etc. I think I found my spot: I placed an order for pickup. Walked in for the first time and was created by the owner himself, Pasquale and his staff. I got a plain slice, and a cheesy ear deluxe. The slice was fresh and delicious. None of that ultra thin cardboard that I have become accustomed to. I took the cheesesteak back to work and to say it was good is a total understatement. The bread was phenomenal (check the pictures) the sandwich was stacked with meat, cheese, peppers, onions and mushrooms. The flavor was phenomenal and took and entire half of their half of a steak sandwich home for dinner. (That’s 1/4 of my sub that filled me until dinner lol) they have a huge menu in which I cannot wait to try everything and also do catering. Will be back frequently....

I use to NEVER go here and I’ve literally lived 2 houses away for 19 years. (Once a year maybe and never good.. at one point it was a shrimp place) Not long ago they replaced everything inside. I saw it happening Refrigerators, ovens (I believe) a complete overhaul. Still I did not go. Then recently I someone came with a Brooklyn Pizza.... FAN-Freakin-tastic ... thin, crispy, square not greasy quality cheese and a good sauce perfect. I highly recommend the Brooklyn Pie and now it’s my go to Pizza place although I will tell you PICK IT UP. Delivery seems off. 20 mins for pick up and hot forever delivered and not hot and I live next door...
