I have had the pleasure of enjoying meals from both the food truck, and a pop-up dinner at a local winery. The food truck serves more bistro style fare. Their frits and paninis are killer. I also got to attend a beautiful pop up dinner at Sagemoor Vineyard. Carl the chef, made roasted chicken, mushrooms, black rice and veggies, all of which tasted phenomenal and was cooked perfectly. Then Tristyne, a great baker, ended the night with a bright and refreshing ice cream cookie. This alone was enough for our group for dinner, but the dishes just kept on coming. Greek salad was wonderful, all fresh garden veggies, and the shrimp scallop fettuccine was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot, I live on the Oregon coast.
