Small town diner, not very busy when we were there. Waitress was very good, polite, got us what we needed efficiently and had a nice sense of humor. We came just in time for breakfast and I got the sausage and cheese omelette. Sausage had good flavor and there was plenty of it for only $7.50 (does not state on the menu that it comes with hash browns or toast). My hubby got the Country Fried Steak Special made with chicken - homemade gravy, really nice white meat fried chicken breast. As we went to leave we realized he never got his hashbrowns - cashing out the waitress isn't allowed to cash people out, the manager or owner has to do it. She was busy on a phone call and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Told her that we never got our hashbrowns and her response "Oh" and rang me up at full price. Just the kind of down home,back roads, ol' fashioned, country joint i like. And the folks were just down to earth good people. Full of nostalgia and folks' memories, a FAMILY TRADITION.
