Wampum Coffee and Tea — Restaurant in Wampum

My son has been telling me about this place for a year and I finally got to stop in and experience it for myself. He has been buying me their beans which i grind myself, and they are high quality. About visiting the cafe in person… First of all, we were greeted by a beautiful, genuine smile and felt very welcome. The coffee combinations are creative, delicious and the barista was really helpful and accommodating. I usually feel intimidated at places like starbucks because everyone is in a hurry and knows exactly what they want. I did not feel that pressure here, and was comfortable asking questions. We also enjoyed some fresh pastries and scones, very homemade and top notch quality. This coffee is super fresh - the beans are recently harvested and the depth of flavor is amazing. I no longer live in the area, but during a trip back home this weekend I came to Wampum Coffee & Tea with my husband and mom. I'm thrilled we have a great place enjoy a cup of coffee when back in town visiting! The food, drinks, and service were excellent. We especially loved the dutch apple chai latte (seasonal). We stopped in TWICE in just two days! It was crowded both days we stopped in, so I hope this means they will be supported by the community for a long time.
