What can I say except W-O-W. We booked our wedding with Il Palazzo and it was hosted and catered in house. From the very beginning their Banquet Manager Nicole was the definition of professionalism and class; it is clear she knows how to delight her customers and goes above and beyond to do so, she is outstanding. We toured so many different locations looking for a nice venue that had good food and a reasonable premium open bar package. IL Palazzo gave us exactly that and so much more at a better price than any other venue in Northern NJ or the Westchester, NY area. Booking was painless and Nicole even presented us with a lovely bottle as a gift when we booked with them; when the time came final payment, details, etc. were just as easy.

The venue is beautiful. The servers were friendly and accurate. The entire staff was a delight. The owner Sal even put aside a special bottle for me just because of a conversation I had with him. These people are a class act, and all you'll get from them is respect and care on your special day. Dozens of our guests complimented us on the venue saying it was gorgeous, and the food....was....spectacular! Even my most critical friends left with full bellies complimenting the quality of food that was served, it was so good I think they almost ran out! I have been to plenty of weddings (luckily only one has been mine) and for such a focal point of a wedding the food is often an afterthought. From the get, it wasn't so for us; we knew we wanted good food, and a lot of it. They delivered in a big way in this regard. They had promised new chairs for our event, and delivered. They had promised a newly renovated bridal suite...and again delivered. They don't know how to do anything poorly here. The bridal suite was also huge and served as a perfect location for a full bridal party (bridesmaids and groomsmen) hiding spot before the grand entrances, while we were there (after a long day of taking pictures and getting ready) Nicole even brought us plates of fried ravioli and pizzas plus a variety of drinks. My friends were so impressed at "my" attention to detail and I couldn't take credit...I told them that must be the banquet manager Nicole just doing her thing making everyone happy.

If you plan to have your wedding here the nearby botanical gardens can serve as a great place for pictures! (Just call to get a permit ahead of time)

We had our wedding at Il Palazzo, and it was absolutely amazing! The venue is beautiful and the staff are incredible.

We came to them about two years ago with a request for a vegan wedding. From the start, their team worked with us to develop a completely vegan menu, and wow, the chef’s creativity was amazing! Sal, the owner, and Nicole, the event director, were both super friendly and supportive every step of the way. Peter, the banquet captain, managed our reception and ensured my husband and I were well fed throughout the night. Karen, the bartender, made some delicious drinks for our signature cocktails. The whole waitstaff was attentive and made sure everyone felt taken care of. Everyone really went out of their ways to make this wedding so special for us.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Il Palazzo in April. We had an amazing experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend Il Palazzo to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Nicole was so friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. She answered all of our questions and never felt pushy. Our ceremony was in the dining room downstairs and the white marble room was beautiful and so convenient to have our guests simply walk upstairs for cocktail hour/reception immediately after the ceremony. We also were able to use a large room downstairs to have the wedding party get ready in before the ceremony, and there were drinks and snacks set up for us down there. All of the food was phenomenal and my guests are still talking about how amazing cocktail hour was. The waitstaff and bartender were very professional and attentive. We had about 100 people and the space was perfect for us. We loved the cake and ice sculpture that was included in our package as well.
