Burger King — Restaurant in Ware Shoals

Hopefully you can see how bad the parking lot needs to be repaved right before you get to the drive-in order speaker. I had to dodge small craters so that I didn't tear my little car up. Now that's enough about the bad stuff. The good news is I had the best associate take my order and check me out at the cash register window. His name was Eric and he is the main reason why I am giving this restaurant a good review this evening. I have been here several other times in the past and had horrible service. But tonight I thought I would give it one last chance, and Eric made it worth my while. He was very polite when he came across the speaker and he answered my questions with patience. You don't get that kind of service these days. When I got to the drive up window, he kindly said hello and greeted me with a smile. I told him how thankful I was for his pleasant, positive attitude.

Burger King's fries have changed over the years. McDonald's french fries have always been my favorite in the past. However over the last 5 to 10 years, their fries have become very inconsistent between stores and within the same store according who is cooking them. The amount of salt is important to me. Most of the time on McDonald's fries I get barely any salt. Burger King's fries have been very consistent over the last year that I have been trying them out. That was my soul purpose in going to Burger King this evening. The fries were cooked just right and weren't so crunchy I would break a tooth. And the amount of salt was just right. I also had a ice cream cone which was delicious and was shaped properly and not half falling off of the cone. Eric even suggested that I get the eight piece nuggets instead of the four because the price difference wasn't that much and I would get many more nuggets to share. This BK hands down is the best of any that are around Greenwood. The staff are always lovely, very nice, and friendly. Everything I have ever ordered there has met or went beyond my expectations. A lot of the time your burger may actually look like what you only ever see in ads or on TV which hardly ever happens anywhere else. I call this my secret BK cause if everyone knew how good it is then they would all leave the rest high and dry and this BK would be slammed with everyone from Greenwood...however as much as I would love to gatekeep this BK....they really deserve to be bragged on and have this type of review left for them. This BK really is the best.

And if you like cats, there are a colony of cats that stay in the woods behind the BK so I enjoy admiring the cuteness through the drive-thru. Don't worry they are being taken care of and fed from what Ive seen.

This BK-The one to rule them all! Other BKs should take notes from this BK. So I don't know what you guys are doing or how you do it, but please....don't stop working this magic that seems to be so rare to find at other fast food places. I will go out of my way just to go to this particular BK. I sincerely hope none of the staff quit or get fired because I feel they have a dynamic that makes them the best. How else can it be...

Just left Burger King 5 mins ago. SECOND TIME my order has been done wrong with the ordering online and picking up at store. They have a rude cashier working up front who never speaks she just grabs my food and cups and hand it to me tried to charge me 35 cents for a sauce that goes with my food. She had my ordered laying on counter with everything cold. I spoke to Christy the manager who knows me personally and still holds a grudge from a review a did years ago on them. Told her food was cold service was bad. Paid 20 something for me food and only told her about the fries as a Store Manager she could have just replaced the fries. Instead she blamed me on why my kids food was laying on their counter cold not even folded up. I've worked for McDonald's over 20 years & manager for 8 so I know how to make sure customers return to your stuff. I'm done! We as parents get tired of cooking and we are allowed to buy our children hot food with the bare minimum customer service. Remember if you put a bad review up they will Remember you and will treat you horribly Instead of fixing the problems.
