Subway — Restaurant in Ware

Horrible food/service. I couldn't even eat my lunch from here! My fiance ordered us a steak grinder to split, the woman put so much mayo on it, it literally got everywhere in the car when we were trying to eat it & also hardly any onions or cheese on it. Bread was crusty & all dried out. Definitely not fresh. He also ordered a turkey grinder for my daughter who wanted it not to be toasted, and they toasted it anyway. This Subway definitely needs improvement! Try paying attention to your customer's orders please. Also, don't drown the sandwiches with condiments unless asked to do so! It really ruins the grinders. Unless someone specifically requests heavy mayo or other sauce/dressing, don't overdo it. I don't know anyone that wants their grinders to have mouthfuls of mayo, or be completely saturated with sauce. Disgusting. I won't be back. I'll stick with Subway on West Street in the plaza with Dunkin' & Dollar General. Much better grinders, better quality food & service. Update: My son recently ordered a ham/cheese grinder from here & he told the woman who made his sandwich multiple times that he didn't want tomatoes, she ended up putting them on anyway & several of them. Flys everywhere in here, which should have been a red flag. Wilted veggies, and lifeless employees. The final straw was when a fly landed on my actual prepared sandwich while the employee was back getting more sauce, so I asked for a refund. The employee seemed annoyed. No apology. No empathy.
