Jail Creek Farms Winery — Restaurant in Warner Robins

First time visiting! We came out to check what they had for local whiskey and wine. The bourbon is not too bad! Maybe age it a little more, per my hubby, but the flavor is good! We got a bottle to take home. I ordered the flight, and chose the top 4 on their list which was 3 dry and one semi sweet . A blueberry. You can see my notes. I found out later that they have no grapes in their wines, so I guess I tasted all berries, so I'm no wine conosseir. Never claimed to be, but I do like a good, dry red wine. I didn't find one I loved, but #2 and #1 are the better of the 4 IMO. Great atmosphere. There was a live band, and they did very, very well. We had a great time and bathroom was clean! First time here during the first anniversary of the Sip & Shop. Had a great time. The winery itself is quaint but packs a lot of punch. There are fruit wines, beers and wine slushies. A beautiful evening can be had sipping on a delicious libation and listening to the live music, which I think is every weekend. Wonderful place to go on a date, or take out-of-town guests, or even a perfect girls night. Whatever the occasion you'll have a good time. Drive isn't too bad from Warner Robins either. But if you get a chance to attend the Sip & Shop event you won't be disappointed. Great, friendly vendors and delicious selection of food from the food...

The atmosphere is welcoming and the wine was/is amazing!!! My first time trying they allowed me to sample whatever I wanted. I bought 12 bottles to take home and share with family and my husband. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a jewel in the country. And ever since has been a faithful customer! They have wine, sangrias, wine slushes, and distill their own small batch liquor. Flavors change seasonally and depending on crop.. Food trucks are often out there for food or you can bring your own. Great for picnics, fun date night or lunch, girls...
