Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warner

There's not much point rating Dunkin. I doubt anyone old enough to drink coffee hasn't been to one. I used to work at one when I was 17. But, things have changed over the years. Their offerings have expanded, they post calories so you can't pretend anymore, and it's really focused now on the drive-thru crowd. While others are waiting in lines of cars, it's the perfect moment to go inside, sit down and treat yourself to a mini getaway. It's super clean and empty. You'll occasionally hear the banter between people who seem to work well...

Walked in about 6am in a rush,, like most people in the morning.... & the 3 employees were huddled all together laughing,, While 1 female employee was showing the other 2 employees something funny on her phone apparently... Alll 3 employees looked right at us & TOTAL IGNORED US & WENT BACK to looking at the female employees phone AGAIN for another 2 minute video & laughing together again... BEFORE THEY EVEN ASK US...

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life waited 20 minutes at the drive-through with only two cars in front of me then when I got to the window, it was another 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged. I was there and had my single iced coffee. I live in Warner and come here all the time. Usually the service is better but lately it’s been getting...
