McDonald's — Restaurant in Warner

I was surprised that it was open 🥳🌛🤤😸💦❤️‍🔥when I rolled in at like 10:30pm because 9/10 times I been there it's closed! I ordered big mac meals and shakes and burger patties for my Pugs...first things first, reached in on top and grabbed some fries that were dumping in the bag- to my dismay they were cold to the touch and stale, too much! I politely informed the lady who brought my food out to my car & she informed ME: "they'd just come out of the fryolator - they obviously got cold and stale within the couple mins I'd been waiting for the rest of my order!", I sat there awkwardly trying to give her the French fries back,,,the game of Don't Blink First was now in session...lol... . 😘😜😉😉😝👻🙈😼👀👁️👁️ I lost! 😂☠️💀💩🧟💤😆😘 So her only and final suggestion was to give me a card for a free frie, @ that location on a later date- which I told her I wasn't after free fries I simply wanted the ones I paid for tonight so I could enjoy them on my 2 hr ride home, but, who am I to make such a baffling request, my bad lady!💩👎😕😭🩹🤬🤗😲🖕...I guess they can't take food back into the establishment to fix it or anything since the pandemics ugly list of fears and rules took over the majority of businesses this country was built...

I made an order, the only one they had at the time, grabbed a table tent and sat down. After 20 minutes goes by, and I haven't got my food, I go up and ask I think his name was Eddy where my food was. I wasn't rude or anything, I don't mind a long wait normally, I wasn't busy, so I repeated the order back to him. A lady overheard and saw an order sitting on a table on the very opposite side of the store from where I was sitting. She read off the name and it was my order. It had been sitting at an empty table for 20+ minutes (I was sitting behind a wall so I couldn't have seen it sitting there) she sticks up for me and says it probably gross by this point and it should be remade. The guy who I think was named Eddy then swears, takes the food AND drink, and throws it to the ground before heading out back. Just so out of nowhere it was a bit frightening and I didn't feel comfortable after that knowing he was handling my food. Eventually he came back with the right order still angry and I just got out of there. It still wasn't even right, on purpose or a mistake, I don't know. I loved this McDonald's location, one of the best, but hiring people with a horrible temper like that makes me...

I went to McDonald's later in the evening last night as I had an extremely long day with hubby and kids. We don't often go to mcds-and we try to support local to us (even if it be a franchise or small) so after seeing the drive thru line I decided to go inside. Obviously I was one of the only ones in the building I understood id be served last. After a bit of a wait I went out to my car juggling food for a family of 4 and two drinks. I was stupid and one bag went tipping and flew onto the ground. By this time it was around 820 (and I had been there for quite sometime) the lobby was locked so had to sneak in front of the drive thru window to get someone. But the night supervisor (Sheryl/Cheryl?) Came out and got me and helped me get replacement items. She was super duper nice and could tell I was upset by being a dumby and dropping everything. They are severely short staffed and have a huge line waiting them most days as they are right off the highway. So my inconvenience was also theirs. I hope the night supervisor sees this! As she made my night...
