Dippin' Donuts — Restaurant in Warren

I've had mixed experiences here. Sometimes I've had really good coffee & other pastry items with great service, other occasions I've had lousy service with disappointing menu items, or coffee that I wasn't too happy with. They do have a large variety of flavors for coffee (both hot & iced). I also like that they are one of the few coffee shops around that carry bismarks. You won't find those at Dunkin' or Honeydew for example. Complaints I can think of are that the cheese danish have hardly any cheese inside. Also, we came the other morning & ordered an everything bagel & were told that they were completely sold out of bagels & this was only at 10am! I can see that happening at the end of the day maybe, but that early? They have decent milkshakes too. My daughter liked her Oreo one, I thought it was too sweet. We were also pretty bummed out that the chocolate glazed donut we got our youngest daughter the other day was clearly stale & hard as a rock. My overall suggestion? Not a bad place for coffee, but better off elsewhere for pastries because they do serve what tastes like day old...I prefer the Dippin' Donuts located in Leicester across from DQ. If you like flavored coffee, try the Twix! They also offer a deal where you can get 2 donuts for the price of one after a certain time each day. See participating locations...

Edit: I recently back after missing their breakfast sandwiches too much. As the owner replied they are wearing masks now always. I will note that I did see a few people with their noses exposed, but everyone else was wearing their mask correctly. Their food is almost back up to the quality it used to be before covid. I got a box of doughnuts and a few were kinda stale which was disappointing at 10am. But they were mostly all still great.

Sadly I had to change my review from a 5 star to 1 star. None of the staff wear masks anymore. Making it so if any of them get sick they'll easily spread to co-workers and customers. I work in a hospital, I get it no one wants to wear a mask all day, but I do it.

I had also gotten 3 donuts on my last visit. The glazed tasted like it was made that morning, the chocolate frosted was a little stale, and the maple frosted was hard as a rock. Very disappointing to...

This is an easy little place to stop on the go for a quick breakfast or drink. I normally only come to Dippin Donuts for the food because it's 10 times better than Dunkin donuts or any other coffee location. Their breakfast sandwiches are the bomb. I can't say much on the drinks perhaps they are adequate enough but I do prefer Dunkin donuts for drinks. The only thing I will nitpick is there drive-thru intercom, It's very difficult to hear them. I don't know if it's just the intercom system is set to a lower microphone volume or it's a quality issue but that will be the only thing I have issues with other than that a great little...
