Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

Hello customers of Hungry Howie's of the Hoover and 9 mile store in Warren Mi. I am a previous customer who is not satisfied at all with the service of this restaurant. I do not do reviews unless it is extremely necessary. This place is horrible, rude and unprofessional. I have been ordering with this store for years now and service has went down TERRIBLY. Dealing with wrong orders being made and served burnt items now theft. I am not a complainer at all. AS of now I must say something. On July 23,2021 I placed an online order with Hungry Howie's to be delivered . My total was $30 and I paid online.. I gave the driver a $5 CASH TIP(WHICH IS ON MY VIDEO CAMERA ) On the following Tuesday my card was charged $33 From Hungry Howie's . I contacted the corporate office through email. The District Manger name Terry called and explained that on the receipt I gave a $3 tip which made my total $33. I informed him that I gave the driver a cash tip and did not sign nor approve a tip to be added to my card. He persistently says what can I do to solve this for you today . I repeated several times that I didn't want any compensation for credited pizza for a rainy day etc. I wanted a thorough investigation or I will be making a Police report. He said it would take a few days. I was fine with that as long as it was handled . As of today I had no call back from Terry 'The District Manger". I called him after I sent a second email . Today I was told after careful investigating that he found no other similar situations and there was nothing he can do but return my charged funds and that was it. So I told him thank you and I would be filing a police report for FRAUDULANT charges and I hope if he was in my shoes he would understand my pain. Bottom line is IT MAY ONLY BE $3 added TO ANYONE BUT IT COULD BE MORE WITH SOMEONE ELSE THE NEXT TIME . HELL THEY CAN BE MAKING A KILLING OFF OF FRAUDULANT TIPS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHERE YOU USE YOUR CARD . MAY YOU HAVE A BLESSED DAY AND NOT FALL...

The worst an unbelievable experience being a customer to hungry Howie's for 7+ years some female manager thinks she has a right to mouth off and talk with disrespect to me in front of three customers I explained to the female Manager at store number 3600 short chubby black haired lady what was the situation with the order I ordered when I got my sandwich it was a complete mess they gave me the runaround sitting there were not managers managers were running out no manager was at the location and giving me the big runaround kindly One nice customer sitting down approached me and witnessed everything that was going on and videotaped it including myself of what the lady was saying and her remarks towards us not giving us the store managers correct name contact information for our complaint I strongly advise anybody that calls that location if you being talked down to from a female lady over the phone hang up the phone and call a different location.manager has no right to disrespect me or anyone of us over the phone and person she didn't know what to say to my face when I came into the store but lie to my face and smile and say get the hell out or I'll call the police if one of three customers when I just wanted to speak to the lady that disrespect me over the phone regarding about my sandwich their way it was presented to me the way it was made very disappointed I can't wait for head office to call me a shot of the photos and video of this complete incident that happened at hungry Howie's at store number 3600 I will be attaching photos so everybody can see what type of customer satisfaction you like to...

I've been ordering here for a few years and recent events that happened twice have lead me and my wife to barley order from this location.

Not living to far from the store we live on a 2 lot property fenced in with 2 dogs. On the front of our gate says "Beware of dogs" big red letters. First time it happened was a month or so ago, the driver left the gate open. We never knew unti 1 of our dogs ran across the street and got caught in the neighbor's yard with there dog making a huge commotion. Got them back inside and made a complaint to the manager.

Today my wife ordered from there for dinner and the same thing happened with a different driver. Luckily the dogs never left the driveway. Called again, manager recognized me over the phone and said she will put a not to remind her drivers. You shouldn't have to put a note on a address with "beware of dog" signs on the gate.

Never the less we may barely order from here again if at all because no matter what they do we will have to keep a eye out for them to close the gate.

Not recommending this location again for this reason to anyone.

I only give 2 stars because they never messed up our order or food but the service is unacceptable. 1 time is 1 thing but twice with 2 different people at the same...
