Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Warren

It was not a good experience. I called in directly to the Warren, Oh pizza hut to order my pizzas. I told them explicitly that I would be there at 530p to get my piazza's..3 of them,large, one cheese, one pepperoni and one with mushrooms, peppers and black olives. When I get there I was told they burnt the last of the three and it would take 5 to 7 minutes to make a new one. I reiterated that I had to be at work by 6pm. The kid apologized and they would bring the pizza's out to me when finished, because I asked if he could. Approximately 12 minutes went by, the kid who told me that they would bring the pizza's out, came out with one of their heated pizza bags and got into his car. He never even looked at me. I then drove back up to the window and the lady at the window said they did not have time to bring me my pizza's because they were so busy (3 vehicles went through the drive thru)and that they had been done for the past 7 minutes. They could have at the very least flagged me to come over..NO that did not happen...I then reiterated that I needed to be to work by 6p..it was 550...so I asked to speak to the manager and she stated she was the manager and shut the drive thru window while I was talking...yes I was irritated....did I use foul language..NO..did I threaten anyone ..NO. The attitude of Pizza Huts personnel located in Warren, Oh East Market Street..needs some adjusting/ training (at least the personnel I dealt with, there were horrible!!!) When I got to work and checked my pizza's the large that was supposed to have Mushrooms, Peppers and Black olives.. Only had peppers and olives..NO Mushrooms. Trust me when I say I know first hand what it is like to work short staffed, but you are still polite and make sure everything in someone's order...

This location located at E Market Street in Warren OH is completely shady. First occurrence happened in December when the driver precalled the store to tell the manager that if we call saying our Pepsi products were not received that we are lieing and stated he had given them to us when he 100% did not. The manager sided with her driver. 2nd occurrence same delivery driver. This time he's withholding my food that is 30min late. He says I owe him $25. No, this is a prepaid order for $80.16. Merchant and Customer receipts indicate so. He still insists I owe him $25/cash. Ironically that $25 is the exact amount of the 25% app coupon. I call the manager, of course the driver has already called her. I indicated the issue and she again is siding with the driver and that I owe $25/cash. Clearly the receipts indicate I have already prepaid for my order. No, she disagrees and says she's going to call her general manager. My God, the food is paid for already in full through the app. Email confirmation and both receipts indicate so. Finally the driver leaves the food but, does not give us our entire order. I am missing a nearly $20 gluten free pizza. I complained through chat and created a incident ticket. I've been on active hold with the store for 38+minutes with no response. This is bullshit!!! These 2 are scamming!!! No ifs and or butt's. I will be disputing this charge on my card. Terrible service, terrible customer service. These 2...

This place is trash. Over priced. Foods under cooked. I spent 65$ just for a pizza and order of wings. The pizza was not even warm when we got it plus the medium hot wing sauce I've always ordered was now all the sudden different. Tasted horrible. I called and said they must of put the wrong sauce on my wings. They said no we changed that sauce. Shouldn't they tell people that when they order that sauce so people can choose if they want to try this different sauce? So I was frustrated and said I'll come bring the food back I want a refund. The manager gets on the phone and said they don't do refunds. Very rude too. And since they no longer had the sauce I wanted I did not want any other food from them just my money back. So I called corprate. They said they would call me back within 3 business days about the issue. It's been over a month now. Pizza hut used to be a great place to eat. Now I will never spend another dollar in a pizza...
