We took a Saturday drive from Reedville to Callao Brewing for some pizza, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision! We arrived a little before opening, but Roger kindly welcomed us in to escape the heat. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the chill, inviting vibe of the place. The atmosphere is super laid-back, and the staff is genuinely friendly, which made us feel right at home.

We ordered the Pretty Peppered Up pizza, and while we were initially a bit skeptical about honey on a pizza, it was an absolute game-changer. The sticky hot sweet combination was unexpectedly loaded with goodness.

The beer selection was equally impressive. The flavored beers were light, refreshing, and the IPAs really hit the spot. It’s clear that Callao Brewing takes pride in offering a variety that pairs perfectly with their menu.

We’re so glad we finally stopped by—this place is a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to return! Thanks...

Realistically this would be more like 4.5 stars but unfortunately that's not a choice. We were there their opening weekend and they had 6 beers on tap and actually all of them are pretty good depending on whether or not you have any particular taste. They do have everything from am Expresso and Chocolate stouts to a pretty good New England IPA. Finally they have both outdoor (pretty limited) and indoor seating with a small bar. They don't prepare food there but do have a food...

Finally stopped by to give them a shot. That whiskey oak barrel beer is good. Very earthy taste. No horrible after taste of dirty tubes. Very mindful on serving the beer ,2 hours away from home for this pleasant taste. I like this brewery short simple and easy. Apple pie beer cinnamon tasty. Decent. The glass serving is amazing you can actually smell the beer! Literally you can smell it. Real flavors no syrup fakeness!!! They make gluten-free seltzer!! Yes gluten free...........
