Peggy's Kitchen Table — Restaurant in Warsaw

To start off let me explain my star decision. I was gonna give it a two star because of the actions ofm management staff on Friday 01-10. I stopped by to order some food and the employee who took the order was very respectful and even upsold my order by offering other items for sale. That employee I would give 4 stars because of his motivation. The employee offered me my military discount and went in the kitchen to get approval and I witnessed the young lady and gentleman going off on him and the fact that you could hear her yell at the young man for a military discount was very uneasy with me. I ask the server if he was ok and I told him he could cancel my entire order and I would never come back. The employee apologized for what I witnessed and ask to please not cancel the order. It was sad they went in on this young man. I was prepared to cancel my order and take my money to another restaurant. I worked at PJS for over a year. I didn't like it at all. Day shift wants food cooked one way, while night shift wants it completely different. EVERYTHING is FROZEN, except the veggies(excluding the frozen spinach) and the noodles. No measurements of any kind are used when making things, save the burgers.(Also frozen) The whole family smokes in the back, which is against the law, they give alcohol to minors and disregard the law concerning the civil rights of the their employees. The lasagna is Stouffers(also frozen), the baked potatoes are microwaved, the spinach is frozen, the calzones contain 1/2 the ingredients of a pizza yet cost more, etc.... The owners treat their employees like sweat shop workers, the reason why their turnover rate is so high. Basically, this place is a waste of...

I tried PJ'S 3 times. Never got my order right. I asked on 3 separate occasions for oil and vinegar to be put on my Turkey sub...never happened. Italian Sausage was left off of my pizza...but, I paid for it. Even though they said they would fix it on my next order, they never did. I guess when you are the only game in town you can slide with little mishaps. Service is slow. The wings were over cooked. The pizza (1) was raw (dough) in the middle. I would stop by on Friday night after work and pick up a pizza, Xtra cheese, green peppers, onions, and Italian Sausage, a Turkey sub, little lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese (melted), extra mayo with oil and vinegar and a side of 12 wings, can't remember the exact count. The order was never right. After 3 times I quit. Not b itching just...
