Would put a half star if I could. Waited for 20 mins for a server to come to our table. Finally the server came to our table, we ordered fried pickle chips for our appetizer and when it got to the table it was like eating shoe leather soaked in salt, so we sent it back. So about after 1hr and 45mins we finally got our order, my wife ordered steak and a baked potato I order a fried buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. My wife's steak was bland and the baked potato was ice cold, the sour cream was curdled and the cheese was rock hard. My fries were ice cold and so was the chicken sandwich, which was also dry and there was so much buffalo sauce it had soaked through the bread. Our visit was around noon. Plenty of available seating. Good service. Our table got a grilled chicken with BBQ Sauce with fries and a side salad, two monster cheeseburgers & fries, mac n cheese, a tenderloin horseshoe, a pretzel w/cheese and a Turkey Club with fries. Mine was the Turkey Club Wrap, which fell short. The first bite was okay, then the second bite, the whole thing was just mushy & smushy inside and all I could taste was the runny mayo which made the wrap soggy. I also got the Bavarian Pretzel which I absolutely loved. Everyone else enjoyed their orders. Our waitress was nice and did her job well. We were all pleased with the bill. Prices were reasonable. I was impressed with the remodeling job on the interior of this old brewery and the view of the Mississippi is awesome! I was a little disappointed that it doesn't actually brew beer or offer craft beer on the menu. Although the food was decent, the menu was pretty much limited to burgers and pizza. My salad was large and tasted good, but it was ordinary. No complaints from my husband as he ate his burger and fries, but no exclamations of joy either. The cook is no chef. The service was excellent; the wait staff very attentive. I like this place. It has decent food. Stop by and check it out. Just don't expect craft beer and an upscale...
