Equinox Expression - $29.99
Fresh notes of citrus melange and a touch of mint; slightly sweet grains with a balance of juniper (just enough), coriander and angelica and a touch of meadowsweet and hyssop to finish. Traditional gin refreshment with an unmistakable sense of spring
Harvest Expression - $29.99
A move into the season of spice with complex aromas of lemon and nutmeg, cinnamon and elderflower with essence of orange, clove and a balancing base of juniper, angelica and coriander. Coaxed to a velvet mouthfeel by infusion in a base spirit of malted and unmalted grains
Summertide Expression - $29.99
Whispers of seasonal florals (jasmine, rose) in a field of summer grasses, meadowsweet and a range of cooling citrus. An underlayment of juniper and angelica; a touch of coriander and mild back notes of peppermint. A soft and almost sweet gin with just enough citrus edge to make it the best of sipping as well as cocktail spirit. Carefully chosen grains produce a remarkably soft mouthfeel
Solstice Expression - $32.99
Winter's chill melts as infusions of dried cherry, anise and orange peel blend with the warmth of a gentle kiss of ginger. Enough juniper to invoke the season without overpowering the spirit's balance and a finish in oak barrels previously filled with red wine varietals lends this complex Gin a blush of color and depth of flavor
Dragondance - $29.99
The song of Ice & Fire bottled by hand in our independently owned craft distillery. Slow building spice develops under chilled caraway. You will marvel at extraordinary balance in concert with a complexity not found in specialty gins at any price

I have been driving past this spot for about 20 years or so, long before it was a distillery and bistro, back when it was just the shell of an old stone barn and always thought "Someone should really fix that place up. I have been meaning to stop in once the distillery and bistro moved in but never made the time until today. What a charming and cozy little place. It looks like it should have a huge dining area inside but it doesn't, I assume because of the distillery portion of the building. Nonetheless it is beautiful and inviting. The wait staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Considering I stopped in for lunch I didn't sample a lot of the drinks, I just had a neat pour of their Custom Cask 118. Do you know that feeling you get at the end of a 4th of July fireworks display? When they let off a barrage of rockets which fill the night sky with color and light. That's their Custom Cask 118 when if makes it into your chest. It's as though you're the night sky and the 118 is the barrage of fireworks. Spectacular. I will have to stop in there again soon and sample their flights and take the tour of the distillery. Yes, they do tours. The menu is limited, but from what we had if that is any indication of the quality of the menu items in general, then the food there is some of the best in the area. I had the lamb and pork chili and it is thick and tasty without being chocked full of hot peppers. The beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection with a crust on it that made my mouth water. The green beans were crisp with a crunch and the mashed potatoes were creamy and filling. I can't speak to the seared salmon special with Jasmine rice, cucumber seaweed salad other than to say the presentation was unexpectedly beautiful and I was told that it was delicious. You'll see for yourself in the accompanying photos. Altogether this was a far more pleasant experience than at your typical local bar/restaurant in a picturesque setting.

What a great unique experience! Set in a distillery in an old barn - with stone walls and old large beams. We went for my FIL's birthday Saturday night, and they had live music - a pair of singers with acoustic guitars which were fantastic - they even sang happy birthday! Although pricey - the food and drinks were excellent, and we had great service as well. For drinks between us - the GIN A RITA - which was a nice health size - was refreshing and a large serving - which had the perfect balance between citris and gin - I could see myself drinking quite a few during the summer. My FIL had the smoked old fashioned - which was an old fashioned that had a wood smoker on the glass - he loved it! As for food - the pretzel bites were perfect - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with a nice spicy mustard, the hummus and veggies was super fresh and real good, and the burger was perfectly cooked. The empanadas were a tad bit greasy, but still tasty. Overall a great unique experience with great food and mixed drinks (with their own booze), and we will definitely return again.

Wonderful first time experience! It's a small place, so expect a smaller menu, but the two choices we made (Salmon and Gnocchi) were delicious. We especially enjoyed the saffron couscous with golden raisins with my salmon, but also the ricotta and mozzarella baked on top of the gnocchi. I took one star off for food because one side of the salmon was waaay over-salted, but I chewed through it and the finish was great! But you should come here with a designated driver and just dive right into the delicious aromas and notes of the in-house gins and bourbons. We sampled three and took home a bottle of one of them right away. The bar(n) is very rustic and spartan, but cozy, warm and inviting. Drinks and food are served with smile and everyone is very attentive. There's a relatively small parking lot and a lovely outdoor seating that you can use, too. We'll definitely be back for more!

We went there with high hopes since it was recommended by a friend. However my husband’s NY strip was about a third of fat and gristle. I asked about the salmon entree that was cashew crusted and also contained raisins to see if it could be prepared without cashews or raisins but the waitress said no. But she said I could order the salmon from the appetizer menu which I did. I was served salmon and nothing else. I asked if I could have mashed potatoes like my husband had with his steak and she said no because it’s not on our machine to order it separately. I ordered Brussel sprouts off the appetizer menu. I was excited about the dessert menu with chocolate lava cake and ice cream. It was not lava cake. It was just a small circular piece of chocolate cake with a small spoon of vanilla ice cream. Our service was just ok. After we finished our appetizer, the waitress asked if we had ordered yet. Shouldn’t she have known that we had not ordered? I do wonder if there is a chef/cook there or if the meals are prepared ahead of time. I do understand that the changing the crusted cashew salmon was a big ask but the fact that I couldn’t be served mashed potatoes was strange. It was a disappointing night and I wouldn’t recommend...

Went last night for my husbands birthday and it was terrible. We had made a reservation. When we arrived they had to check where to seat us, and ended up seating us right at the door. On a very rainy windy night and people were constantly opening the door and then standing right next to our table waiting to be seated. We asked to be moved to another table we could see and were told that someone had specifically reserved that table. We were offered a "bar table" in the back that faced a wall and a fire alarm or a small sound table with folding chairs. Meanwhile three other tables were open (and had no one at them the entire time we were there).

Drinks were ok. Food left a lot to be desired, especially considering the prices. Bacon wrapped filet was charred while the bacon was still limp. Bolognese was flavorless. Brussel sprouts were ok but not for the $$$. Pretzel bites were burnt. Portions are very small.

Servers were nice but clearly had no system as we had four different servers from when we were sat to when we left. Managers/owners/bartenders (not sure who they were) were actually quite rude.

Its a shame we went there last year and we were so happy with the food and service (pricey so it was a special...
