Are you missing middle school cafeteria pizza? We found it !! We decided to give this place one more try. Last time, the food was just ok. Parking lot was packed. We walked in, no idea if we were to seat ourselves or not, so we finally flagged down a waitress and asked. Seat yourself. A sign would alleviate this... Very confused by this pizza. Menu says they sell pizza by the slice ... $3.50 each??... and also by 1/2 tray, which claims to be 3 slices, and full tray, which claims to be 6 slices. This was a full tray, but is way more than 6? Even the waitress told us she wasn't sure how the toppings were priced, it seems like an extra $3 per topping on a full tray? We just went with pepperoni. Took a looooong time and then we got this tasteless school cafeteria food with artificial cheese. Very disappointed. Also, we helped a young man trying to play pool as the pool tables have very odd mechanics, and we had to keep going to the bar to ask more questions about how it works, as the young man's father was MIA at the bar. AGAIN, some signage to tell you how to add the quarters would be great. Some slots take 2 quarters, others take one. Weird! One table ate his 8 quarters. The bar staff did give us 8 quarters to give to him, but no one volunteered to come to the tables to help, seemingly content with us trying to help him. So we did our good deed for the day and didn't mind the pizza getting cold, because it was just gross. It's also cash only, which is a tiny line of print on the door. They offer an ATM, but again.... signage???? We're done with them. No idea of the appeal.

This was my 1st time to the new location. The new place is 3 times the size as the old place. The bar is 3 times the size also. They have more parking and more games. They also have a lottery machine. They have an atm on site. They have 5 buck pitchers. We got 2 pitchers of domestic beer and 4 king caps with fries for 65 bucks with tip. The new location is set up more like a private club or re talk hall than a bar . The King cap was on point as usual and if you have never had one .get there fast. I recommend this place 1000 times over!

Everyone knows a sandwich shop that makes a "Primanti Bros" style sandwich and hardly do they all stack up. I am willing to bet you prefer Foster Houses "King" sandwich over Primanti Bros any day. Foster House has a big menu and is tucked away in Belle Vernon. I would say if you're in the area it is worth it to stop in. Hell, if you're not from the area its worth the trip.

If I could give zero stars I would! The king sandwiches are awesome but not good enough to tolerate the horrible service. I have been to this place since moving to the area about five times. Each time I spent over $100. Every single time the service was SO bad. We returned each time hoping it would be better. Last night the restaurant was severely understaffed. We waited about 20 minutes for someone to greet us and another 20 minutes to get some drinks. I ordered a whiskey sour that came out as a glass of soda fountain lemonade with whiskey in it. How does a bartender not know how or have the supplies to make a drink that simple? Yesterday we were not happy with multiple items we ordered (Provolone sticks were cold with ice cold marinara sauce, the jalapeƱo poppers came with marinara instead of the regular sauce, the grilled steak salad consisted of shredded steak not even real steak, the provolone on my chicken Parmesan sandwich was not even melted, and the grilled chicken on two of the salads were full of gristle) Our server with pink hair was rude and could have cared less so we asked to speak with a manager. Apparently there isn’t one and the young female bartender came over, she was mouthy and a complete smart-a$$. She insulted us and told us that nobody else has ever complained before. There was not a thank you, not an apology from with girls and she did not want to take the salad off of my bill that I didn’t eat at all and sent back. She insisted that I was lying and had to go back to the kitchen to confirm with the server and cook that I had actually sent the salad back. She was rude condescending and knew zero about the meaning of customer service. It is really a shame that they let people with no social skills work with the public. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed for hiring young girls with no sense of communication skills. I will never return to this place and they will never get another penny of my money. I will also be telling every person I know about the experience we had. By the time we got our food we had waited over an hour and 15 minutes. You would think something that took that long would come out perfect and if not, the management would want to make it right??? If this place wants to stay in business I suggest they find new management and employees!!! Guess I’ll be going back to Primanti’s and I suggest whomever reads...

Myself and 4 of my friends stopped in this past Sunday (we sat at a table). 3 of us over the age of 25, one over the age of 21, one of us was a minor. As me and my 3 legal friends ordered a beer we were refused service. The waitress "Had just passed her serve safe test" and told us about it many times. Apparently it was illegal because none of us were over 28 to drink at all. She then suggested we leave the establishment. Well, apparently Miss know it all must have missed that question and passed with a high "C". This is taken straight from the PA LCB: "3. Minors under proper supervision (ā€œProper supervision exceptionā€)

If a minor is present under proper supervision, then the minor is permitted to be on the premises. Section 102 of the Liquor Code defines proper supervision as someone who is at least twenty-five years of age, who is directly responsible for the care and conduct of the minor while on the premises, and who keeps the minor within his or her sight or hearing. Proper supervisors are generally unpaid volunteers. However, licensees or their employees are allowed to act as proper supervisors as long as they are not performing any other employment-related duties at the same time. 47 P.S. § 1-102.

If a minor is in the premises under proper supervision, the minor can sit anywhere on the premises, including the bar area, and alcoholic beverages can be served to any adults with the minor."

Why was I refused service? Maybe due to the race of our group, Maybe we were being profiled, Maybe it was just because she didn't like our hair cuts. But in the end, we were suggested to leave the establishment because "Someone just passed her test". Maybe next time we should come in with 20 minors and all sit at the bar, ill order a drink and see how well it goes over. I'm sure she would know that is ok, being that "She just passed her test". I cant give a zero out of 5. its 2019, I really didn't think that you can just pick and choose who gets to eat and drink and...

From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the manager had no control over the establishment. The service was incredibly slow, with staff members seeming confused and overwhelmed. It was clear that they were doing their best to keep things running smoothly, but their efforts were constantly undermined by the ineptitude of their manager.

The manager displayed a shocking lack of leadership skills. They were constantly absent from the floor, leaving the staff to fend for themselves. It was as if they were invisible, and when they did make an appearance, it was to berate or belittle the employees in front of customers. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone.

Orders were consistently wrong or forgotten, and the manager did nothing to rectify the situation. Instead, they shifted blame onto the staff, who were visibly stressed and trying their best to accommodate customers. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of support and teamwork.

The overall ambiance suffered greatly due to the manager's negligence. The once lively atmosphere was replaced with tension and frustration. It was evident that the staff members were deeply affected by the manager's poor leadership, as their enthusiasm and passion for their work were overshadowed by the chaos and disorganization.

Despite the abysmal management, I must commend the hardworking staff for their relentless effort to salvage the dining experience. They remained polite and apologetic, going above and beyond to make up for the manager's failures. Their professionalism and dedication were the only saving grace of this otherwise disastrous visit.

In conclusion, the horrible management at this place left a lasting negative impression. The manager's lack of competence and leadership skills overshadowed the valiant efforts of the staff, who deserved better. Unless there are significant changes in management, I cannot recommend this...
