Stucky's Ice Cream Shoppe & Grill — Restaurant in Washington Township

This place is great for so many reasons. When you walk in, it feels like you’re standing inside of a bowl of ice cream. The colors make you want to dive in and start devouring every flavor. I started off by doing just that, I sampled damn near every flavor they have. The best thing on the ice cream menu is brown butter bourbon flavor. Wow!!! The ice cream is Hershey. It’s always been the best in my opinion, since I was a kid.

I then ordered a mushroom Swiss smash burger. 1/2 pound of delicious beef, super cheesy, and amazing. The sneaky star of the show is the bun. Super soft but somehow able to hold up with all that’s happening inside the burger.

Fries were hand cut to order. Seasoned perfectly. The fry on them is exactly spot on to where it’s crispy on the outside and perfectly soft in the middle.

The onion rings. Beer battered. Crispy and crunchy. Real onion. I could have eaten 5 pounds of them.

Let’s talk about the owner. He cooks all the food. He also comes out and greets customers. Very friendly guy who loves what he does.

We absolutely loved Stucky’s! Home of a bazillion Hershey’s Ice Cream flavors and funny and welcoming staff. Our family (10 total including extended) stopped here just before closing on a weeknight. The staff were very friendly and didn't mind when one of us ordered a burger and fries. (We asked first if that was okay since it was so near to closing; we know some places close the kitchen early.) The burger and fries were excellent! All of the kids kept sneaking over to the other table and grabbing more fries. The cook even came out to see if we liked the food. As for the ice cream, no one was disappointed. I asked if I could pick two flavors if I got two scoops and was told I could get two flavors with only one scoop. That’s a first for me! I got two scoops and they mixed the two flavors together in the top scoop, and it was delicious. I usually prefer soft serve when I get cones, but the number of flavors at Stucky's was insane. Bro, just went to Stucky's before heading back home and oh boy-oh boy, their Mushroom and Swiss Cheese Burgers with a side of fresh cut fries was delicious. You have to try one. I topped my meal off with an Oreo Milk Shake and it was very good. The wife had a juicy burger and fries and washed her meal down with a Stucky's Root Beer Float. The menu prices are customer friendly and the portions are generous compared to what we all been used to.
