Visited here to try out the new location. The food is still as good as it always was at their old location and at fairly good prices. If you're going to eat at the restaurant, I recommend drinking water as anything else costs $2.65 a glass with one free refill, and that definitely tends to drive the bill up. I'm not too sure about their new location. The building used to be owned by a catering company, and it still kinda to me gives me that same vibe. It's almost like you are eating in less of a restaurant and more of some kind of venue where you would be attending some kind of formal event. Because of this style of dining room, there is also no feeling of separation between you and the other diners at the restaurant, which to me is kinda awkward. I understand the needs of the restaurant owners wanting to get their new location open quickly, but its a fine line between wanting to make money quickly and having a restaurant that wont make money in the long run because the atmosphere turns people away. Its almost as if not enough planing and / or forethought went into the opening of their new location to make it restaurant ready. So that being said, I still recommend Toledo's, but as far as I'm concerned, I'll probably stick with carry out.

WORMS IN PASTA. Very unfortunate experience, have eaten here multiple times in the past and gotten pizza and was always satisfied. Tonight I was served ziti alfredo with a side of maggot/worm. Staff member proceeded to lie to me and tell me it was part of one of the spices used in making the sauce. Ill let you make your own determination from attached phots in my review but it certainly looks like a worm to me. I highly question the cleanliness of the kitchen at this establishment after this experience. Staff did not offer to comp other meals or provide any further support than bringing me another plate of possibly wormy pasta. Highly disappointed and would recommend a health and safety inspector to go check things out here.

Toledo's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant is awesome. The owner and the staff treat you like family. Destiny & Beth are very nice and laughing it up with customers. The pizza is great. Perfect crust, cooked correctly, great mix of cheese and the sauce has great flavor. Stop by and give them a try when you are in the area.

First time ordering here and will be my last. Only reason I gave one star is because I couldn't give zero. This place is a joke. Placed my order for pickup at 5:57 pm on 10/7/22. They said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. We arrived to pick up at 6:30. The food was not ready so we waited........and waited. We recieved our food at 7:40pm!! 1 hour and 43 minutes after the initial call and after waiting in the establishment for 1 hour and 10 minutes.the excuse was "I'm sorry the kitchen is really backed up"..........really?, because people have come in, sat down, ordered, recieved their food, eaten, paid and left while we are still waiting. 5 or 6 other take out orders have come in and left since we had been there. No management, owner or person of authority on site to handle the matter. No attempt to make the situation right other than offering my 4 year old daughter a free fountain drink??? I by no means need or look for anything free but if a mistake was made just own up to it. I would have been understanding of that rather than the clueless look on the staffs faces and no care attitude. Pizza was dried out and had clearly been done and sitting for some time. Wings were dried out and Alfredo sauce clumpy and congealed like it had been sitting in a pot for hours. We will never go back here and I will recommend them to nobody. Worst restraunt I have ever been to. Hope management or owners see this because the staff you had in there tonight are doing your business a...

We live about 5 minutes away from this restaurant, and I’m sad that we didn’t give it a chance sooner. The cheesy garlic bread appetizer is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. No competition. My friend agreed. The pepperoni New York Style pizza was amazing. That being said, I’ve been regularly ordering pizza from Arturo’s (I’m talking 10-15 times per month), and I haven’t quite decided if the pizza at Toledo’s is as good. I think it is, but I’ll know for sure tomorrow, if it’s great reheated. I’ll say it’s for sure comparable, and I can’t say that about any other pizza places I’ve been to. I just wish they had a garlic sauce, which would help. I would suggest Grandioso. My friend had the shrimp and clams in white wine sauce, and he loved it. It was the first time I’ve ever seen him finish an entire pasta dish, despite the fact that the portion was large. The service was exceptional; our server was very personable, and even boxed my leftover pizza for me, which I’ve never experienced (with pizza), but certainly appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience, and will absolutely be returning. We may also order takeout, as it’s free when the total is $15+. Very,...
