Awaken Espresso — Restaurant in Washington

Amazing!!! I was on a 2hr 4am travel to Portland for a conference and had been desperately searching for an open coffee stand when I saw Awaken. I pulled up and was greeted with the warmest welcome (greatly appreciated after a long empty drive down i5). I wish I had caught her name so I could thank her personally, but I know she was the owner and saved my morning.. Not to mention, both my espresso and my energy drink taste incredible. She was even kind enough to recommend places for me to go for coffee when I get to Portland! I’ll definitely be returning on my trip home and any other visits to Toledo.

Y’ALL For someone that travels across the country and tries a different coffee shop in every town, this is by far the one of the TOP FIVE stops we have found!!! I’m sad I didn’t catch her name, but she was AWESOME. Was super sweet and patient with my indecisiveness. Had really good recommendations. Butterscotch and white chocolate is delicious!! I just moved to Toledo less than a month ago and this little coffee stand has been my saving grace!!! They ALWAYS have me try my drink when they first hand it to me to make sure it is perfect, they treat my pup EXTRA special and they are great at recommending something different when I’m undecided!
