Highly disappointed in the quality of service and ice cream. We arrived around 9pm and it took 10 minutes for someone to take our order at the drive thru, mind you there was no one else in line. We ordered two doubles one cotton candy in a cone and one with Oreo and mint chocolate chip in a cup. We pull around to another car in front of us. It then takes another 10 minutes of waiting for them to come take our payment. During this waiting the cotton candy cone was sitting by the window melting. We got our second item and left to go home to eat it. They gave us the wrong ice cream in the bowl. They gave cookie dough and mint chocolate chip. But before we could ask for more the girl closed the window in our face. We waited for around 5 minutes for someone to come back to the window so we could get some spoons. A new girl came to the window, glared at us and said “why are they still here” to the other worker then rolled her eyes and whipped the window open and just stared at us, didn’t say anything. She looked around for a few minutes, and got audibly frustrated. So I gave her the order number and she found it. She then dropped it on the counter said "it was under this name by the way" and walked away without another word. It was my wifes name which i had given her. She was so concerned with giving me attitude she didn't even check the order to realize my wife had also ordered a pint of ice cream, that I had to return for later.
