Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

I would give this particular dominos a zero star if I had the option, however my review doesn’t allow that. We ordered pizza Saturday 10/15/2018 to try and order pizza again tonight 12/19/2018 to be told that our gift card had no $$ left which in fact we know without a a shadow of a doubt there was money left on the card. So between us authorizing a specific amount and the driver getting to the store the rest of the money on the gift card was taken away. A non authorized transaction to to create a zero balance on the gift card. When calling into this particular store the manager on duty said the last order was on 9/4 and there is no order history besides that. Manager on duty “can’t” do anything ( which means they won’t). We will not be ordering from this dominos again and I surely hope the general manager who is supposed to call me tomorrow (12/19) can find my order history and can do “something” about the fruadlant charges. Theft at its finest, wonder how many more people they are...

Not happy, they got 2/3rds of my order wrong. It looked right to my wife because she ordered pepperoni and beef pan pizza, bread bites and chicken bites. We received a regular pepperoni and sausage and a pepperoni and green onion and chicken bites. I work 12 hour days and can't get back right away . The store manager Noah proceeded to argue with me and said that I had to call back on the same day.then after I hung up my wife said they are going to spit on your pizza then I call back to cancel. The district manager answered and said she would not garrentee that wouldn't happen. At the time I was not happy from the way I was treated the first time. She finally said that she would not sent me a pizza tonight even though they messed up the night before. So it have not got the right order hot and hungry. I am a local in the Bay and will spread the news. If you would have got the order right the first time we would not be having this conversation. Thanks a lot Domino's . We get pizzas there seral times a week. Unsatisfied customers...

Noah took my order and when I called back to say what was wrong with my order. It was a lot of bsing!!! He never said that they didn't offer cheese filled crust but left me thinking that it was going to happen. When I called back he said they don't do that. Why didn't he say it when he took the order or was he to worried about the conversation about who like what artist than customer service. The lava cakes where hard as a rock, his excuse is that I took to long to eat them. I have eaten those the next day and they still are soft in the middle of not still slightly lavaish. So many excuses all based on the fact that there bs time between employees is more important than the customers because they will just lie about the mistakes!!!!! I wish I could out...
