ETA Staff True colors.

For 19 and a 3/4s of a year I have been a loyal customer of ETA, loving the coffee and knowing the owner. But a couple of times the true colors of this staff's establishment have come out, I believe without the owner knowing.

About 7 years ago, for no reason at all, I was anonymously told by a Civil Rights person, that most of the staff (J, J, A, M and more) at ETA suddenly blocked me from their own Facebook pages, even though I had never seen or commented on them, (note that these open pages they allow the rest of the world to see, just not me.) These are staff whom pretend to smile to you, and whom are more than happy to take your Tips. Then this Halloween 2022, (H) did the same, blocking me out of the blue on her Facebook page . Oh and not forgetting the snide 'How was your coffee this weekend remark.' This is someone whom I have spoken to numerous times a week for 8 years and gave a whole lot of tips too, and someone whom has commented on my Facebook page in the past.

Now I know these are their personal Facebook pages, and they have every right to block anyone they want, but, that Civil Rights person said they had done it by using ETA as a forum, thus engaging them in d iscrimination and a c onspiracy as they still allow everyone else on the planet to see the pages, JUST NOT ME!.

Note that they are also hiding a lot of Facebook posts on ETA's official Facebook page. So to you on your own Facebook page it looks like your post is live, but in reality no one else can see your post as they hid it from view. (Civil rights have been recording these differences for nearly a decade now.) Remember they do it with a smile though, so you think everything is good.

It is also outrageous when one pays by credit card, they hold out the screen in front you, guilting you to give them a TIP, instead of you having the choice to leave a tip for the 30 seconds it takes them to make you a drink.

I am sorry ETA owner, but sometimes stories need to be told, and this is just the tip of the iceberg I am sorry to say.

They were very rude. They did our drinks the wrong size we then told them we wanted the size we payed for which was bigger. So they took the 16oz then poured it into a 20oz cup and just added ice to make it look better. This coffee stand has really gone down with their reputation. Give us what we pay for. Thanks though. I'm basically buying and 16 oz just with more ice i will never...

This used to be my mother’s favorite place, my grandmothers, my fathers, and mine. Lately this place has completely gone down hill sadly, their coffee is constantly burnt unless holly is working, or Shalae.
