I am leaving a 5 star review only because I like this place and every other time I’ve had the perfect experience and I don’t want this cute place to suffer from a bad employee experience. This review is mostly for the manager. Today I got there late. That’s on me. I didn’t know you closed at 2 and I showed up at 1:58. I walked up and asked if I could still order. She could’ve kindly said it was closed but instead I was met with a LOT of attitude. She hesitated but said she could make my drink so I order a vanilla latte (easy, fast drink.) She then said with SASS “the espresso machine turns off 10 min before we close, can I get you anything else??” I asked what was available. She was not kind with offering options. I order a vanilla cold brew instead. She makes the drink. I ask for a small cup of ice water for my toddler. She says “We also ran out of water” so I ask for a cup of ice. This felt like a huge favor I was asking her to do. The cold brew was TERRIBLE! I’ve never had a bad drink here till today. Honestly, I would’ve had her turn me away instead of give me a ton of attitude and charge me $7 for a bad drink. After the drink was made I was out of there by 2:06 I would’ve tipped her generously for her help past hours. Instead, I left feeling badly with a bad...

I had the best experience at Grit + Grind Coffee! This place is a true gem in Hurricane. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they pour their heart and soul into every drink. It's awesome to see a local business that's so connected to the community. The founders are celebrating 100 years of the "H" painted above the hill on their ancestral lands, and you can feel that pride in their shop. It adds such a cool layer of history and meaning to the whole experience. I went during the annual Peach Days festival and had to try the Peaches and Cream Lemonade. Wow. It was like summer in a cup. The perfect balance of tart lemonade with a smooth, sweet peachy flavor, all topped off with a velvety cream that just melts in your mouth. It was a refreshing and delicious tribute to the local harvest. I highly recommend it! This is more than just a coffee shop; it's a taste of Hurricane's heritage and a true community hub. Five stars...

This is a great concept. They have lots of options for coffee/smoothie/refresher/acai bowls. No snacks (for example breakfast bagel) options. Wonderful set up, great selection, cute little truck. However, the service was lacking. Being from out of town, we asked some questions about the coffee and drinks and the worker could not answer a single question, saying “idk I just work here”. It was simple questions too, about caffeine content and different options for milk. I wish I could leave a better review, because the drinks are great, but we were ordering our...

We found this spot while visiting from out of town for family reunion vacation & we’re so glad we found this cute coffee cart! I got the liquid gold iced coffee & my husband got a raspberry/orange/lime refresher (lemonade with caffeine)- The worker called it a “Sherbert” refresher but it wasn’t officially on the menu! Both drinks were soooo good! My husband even asked if we could go back before our trip home, he usually doesn’t care much about drinks but couldn’t stop talking about this one! There was a free small parking lot and a cute little shop next door too

It's easily my favorite coffee spot! The coffee here is hands-down better than Starbucks, Beans & Brews, and Dutch Bros. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—such a great vibe. I’m usually not big on breakfast burritos, but theirs are seriously good. And don’t even get me started on the avocado sauce—so good! 😋 Highly recommend giving this place a try.

Stopped by for a cool drink while we waited for the pumpkin farm to open. Athena was super friendly and helpful in helping us make our order. I got the Blood Moon - which was the perfect balance of delicious and spooky đŸ•· Their menu has so many delicious sounding drinks I'll definitely be coming back to try more!
