Iron Skillet — Restaurant in Washington

So went in as a group of 4. Told to sit wherever, ok thats fine, but finding a table that wasn't dirty was kinda ridiculous, multiple booths with dishes sitting all over them, or bits of food all over the table. Like ok maybe they had a lunch rush? Idk. But there was maybe 10 other people in the resteraunt when we were there. Either way it was about 110pm when we arrived. We finally got a server to our table about 25 mins later. She was friendly enough but only brought 3 menus (not a big deal) and said I'll b right back with another menu, she didnt come back for another 10mins and didnt bring a menu. Took our drink orders and left. We then waited for another 20 or 25mins before she came with our water. Took our order. We all did nachos. 30mins or so later we got our food. None of ours looked the same, one had substantially more chicken, one had significantly fewer chips just not even portions and the portions were honestly small IMO for the price of like 12 or 13 dollar each. I will say the chicken tasted good, and the Chipotle sauce was good. But it just wasn't worth it in my opinion. Never came to ask if our meal was ok, never came to offer more water or anything. And we had a different server every time someone did show up lol. I was honestly disappointed in every aspect with this place. I literally watched a guy show up and sit at a table near us and after 25 or 30mins of nobody coming to bring a menu or anything he got...

I have absolutely no idea how this place gets a 3.8 rating. People must not know what real food is, but my expectations were too high for a truck stop in the first place. Checked the buffet out and thought it looked like crap, but decided to eat anyway because we were hungry, it was late, and we were on the road. Little did I know ,as I had never eaten here before, that is was going to cost $40 for 2 adults. We saw our waitress one time when she sat us down and brought us our drinks. We never saw her again. When we decided to leave, she was nowhere to be found so we went to the cash register to pay, but had no check as our waitress was MIA. Fortunately the cashier was able to locate her next door at the Starbucks. After waiting as long to pay as it took us to eat, I left this establishment feeling nauseous, unsatisfied and downright ripped off. I have absolutely zero issue in paying $40 or even 5 times that amount, but this particular meal and dining experience was extremely overpriced, and the customer service was nonexistent. Ordered the five pancake breakfast and they came out awhile later and ask if French toast would be ok that they didn’t have pancakes I said no thanks and ask for menu and said I would like the traditional breakfast and it has toast with it lady said ok I waited about 20 mins for that to come out and she put the plate of food on table and ask if I needed anything else and I said yes my toast please and she said oh ya so I sit there taking my time to eat waiting for my toast it never showed up so i finished my food and sit there for awhile longer my toast still didn’t show up so I went to register to pay and she ask how the food was I said it was good but would of been better if I got what I ordered she said what u meen and this is the same gal that brought my food to me I told her I didn’t get my toast I wasn’t very happy about that and I don’t feel I should pay full price for a meal that wasn’t all there and she told me well the toast was free how can it be free when it’s included in the discription and she said my total and I said ok guess I’ll pay full price anyways and I will never be...
