Oly Grounds Coffee Co — Restaurant in Washington

Was excited to try this place but unfortunately my coffee was undrinkable. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato w/ soy milk. I always order iced lattes w/ soy milk at other coffee places and ive never seen soy milk look like this. The coffee was so watery and the milk separated. My best guess is they were out of soy and used coconut? I specifically avoid coconut milk iced coffees because the milk used is usually separated. The espresso was very sour and there were chunks from the milk and coffee grounds in the bottom of my drink. My partner picked this up for me so I wasn't able to ask the barista to remake it in person. I eneded up tossing it out and ordering...

I doordashed from here while I was at work. As my doordasher handed me my drinks, I was immediately upset and day was ruined. I asked for a blue raspberry cotton candy redbull with cream, no ice. The drink was clearly wrong as it was electric blue when it should be creamy light blue. I’m guessing they used lotus, which I absolutely hate, but they didn’t even call me to tell me they were out of redbull, or what I asked for. Instead they took it upon themselves and made a drink that was absolutely disgusting. After I paid $21 for two drinks, the least they could do was let me know. Just moved to the area and wanted to try out my surrounding coffee spots and I think I found my favorite spot! Super clean, friendly staff, and my vanilla chai was very yummy and came out really fast. Also, bonus points for having doggy treats. My fur baby...
