Seize The Bagel - Orchards — Restaurant in Washington

This used to be our go to bagel place. We love the seize the bagel off Mill plain so we were super excited when this one was built near our house. However, this establishment particularly goes through ups and downs. When it gets a good manager, things flow perfectly. When it gets a bad manager, everything falls apart. Today I went into purchase a dozen bagels. They didn’t have a dozen bagels because they’re now limiting the quantity in which they produce every day. So I opted to take the nine bagels that were left. I was told that I could only have four bagels because I was not allowed to have all the bagels. it was around 11 o’clock and I’m pretty sure not that many more people were going to come in. It makes absolutely no sense to limit the customer who are willing to pay for the bagels that are there, only to satisfy one or two customers that come in later. I have no clue what they are doing at all anymore. I was told that I should purchase the bagels a day before I wanted them. Normally we would come in and grab two bagels to eat for ourselves and then grab a dozen bagels for us and our children to munch on throughout the week. Looks like I’m gonna need to start looking for another bagel shop if this is the kind of service that we’re forced into now. I will say there is no sign that says we reserve the right to limit quantities. There is no information on their website saying that you can’t order X number of bagels a day. I’m just really confused with this new policy. Bad...

We live close to this location, yet this was the first time at this particular location, as well. It was Excellent all the way around! Have a Wonderful BLATT (Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Turkey & Tomato). The bacon was Nice & crispy (like I prefer), tomatoes were perfectly ripened, the Avocado was Perfectly ripened, lighter lettuce just as I prefer & the turkey was flavorful as well. Customer service was excellent (pre-ordered online), tried their jalapeno & cheese bagel and Loved it as well. My family like to get bagels for the little kiddos as well, so they are always going to another Seize The Bagel all over the place. My lovely wife decided on the Asian salad with Avocado & it was Very Good (choice to add Avocado or Chicken) to be honest, 2 people could share the salad & be satisfied!!! Me an my boyfriend came here an met with our friend. We decided to order food an sit down. I ended up designing my lunch sandwich. I ended up trying the chicken. I would recommend trying their chicken. It is not sliced chicken meat, I was surprised it was cooked chicken pieces. My boyfriend ordered the pulled pork, an at first when he ordered they forgot to put cheese on it. He was dissatisfied. The pulled pork did not even look good on the bagel sandwich. He almost gave it back. They later did put cheese on it when he let them know they had forgot. Our friend ordered the Cordon Bleu. He enjoyed it.
