A must-visit farm stand with unbeatable ice cream and fresh local goods. If you’re in the Skagit Valley area, Snow Goose Produce is an essential stop—whether you’re out for a weekend drive or stocking up on fresh goods. This is not a restaurant, but more of a charming, open-air farm market with amazing produce, local meats, and legendary ice cream. I’m giving it a solid 5 out of 5.
Ambiance: 5/5 The outdoor farm stand vibe is cozy, inviting, and has that nostalgic, small-town feel. Surrounded by beautiful farmland, it’s a refreshing break from the city, perfect for families or a weekend road trip detour.
Authenticity: 5/5 Everything here is fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. From vibrant fruits and vegetables to organic eggs and meats, you can tell this place is committed to quality. It doesn’t feel like a tourist trap—it feels like a real local treasure.
Flavor: 5/5 Their ice cream is the showstopper—tons of unique flavors, huge scoops, and that creamy, homemade texture you don’t find often. You’ll find some of the freshest produce and meats around, perfect for home-cooked meals.
Cost: 5/5 For the freshness and quality, prices are very fair. Organic meats, produce, and artisan goods at reasonable prices make this place even more worth the visit. It’s hard to leave without filling your basket.
Service: 5/5 Even when it’s busy (and it does get busy!), the staff moves quickly and stays friendly. They’re helpful, knowledgeable, and keep the line for ice cream moving.
Final Verdict: 5/5 Snow Goose Produce is more than a market—it’s a destination. Whether you’re coming for the ice cream, the fresh-from-the-farm produce, or just a wholesome outing, this place delivers. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for local quality with...
Read moreI took my wife and our 2 year old there today for a couple of items and ice cream for a treat. I was told that if I was going to be under the roofed area that I had to wear a mask. I politely told the man that I cannot wear a mask. He then told me, "then you can't shop here" I asked him if he was familiar with the ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) he said he was and they were the owners and they make the rules. That if they required you to wear a funny hat to shop there, that they could do so. I explained to him that these are laws specifically put in place to combat discrimination against disabled Americans. Neither himself nor the female owner seemed to care. I told the owner before leaving that I would be filing a complaint against her business. In which she replied "go ahead" as my wife was done paying for our items, the owner told my wife "don't to come back" she had nothing to do with my interactions with the owner and was still treated this way. I have never been treated this way by any business here in washington, no matter how big or small. A complaint will be filled, and I will be seeking legal action against...
Read moreWe love Snow Goose Produce!!
This is a very popular place during the warmer months and weekends; however not too horribly crowded if the weather isn’t quite as nice.
There is a decent sized space for cars to park right next to the stands. I’ve never had a problem getting a spot, so I’m not sure what you’d do if it was full....?
They offer a beautiful selection of flowers to plant and herbs to plant, as well as bundles of tulips and other floral varieties. Lots of canned options like salsa, sauces, mustards, and honeys. Also pastas and cracker selections, bread as well.
Great seafood selection, some fresh produce (season depending), a decent sized wine area as well as a cold case with beer options and non alcoholic beverages.
The ice cream line is always busy, even if 45 and cloudy! Cash only for the ice cream, but they have plenty of signs around to remind you and you can also pre pay at the other register if you don’t have cash.
Homemade waffle cones and way too many choices for ice cream! The servings are out of control too!! In a good way ;) there are covered places for you to sit and enjoy your...
