Sully's Bistro & Bar — Restaurant in Washington

This could have been another two-star rating! My friends and I visited Sully's on 11 January. I had read previous reviews that said that the wait staff was problematic and orders were confused, so when we were seated in the enclosed outside area, we paid attention to the waitresses. We placed our orders and waited for our meals to arrive. We were forewarned that the kitchen was running behind schedule, and that went as expected. But when things actually started to arrive we caught two errors. When the errors were pointed out to the wait staff, they corrected them immediately and were very friendly and cordial about it. We thoroughly enjoyed our food, and the experience at the restaurant. The enclosed outside area would be very nice in the summertime, but in the winter time with the heater running and a half dozen people chatting it's extremely loud and hard to hear (It was so loud I had to lean over to hear the member of our party seated across from me on the other side of the table). I'm thinking that your waitstaff must experience the same issues? Possibly confusion could be eliminated if the waitresses simply repeated back the order and got an acknowledgment from the customers as to the details of the order? I place no blame with the waitresses, they were friendly, outgoing, and made us feel very welcome, but I think that the area that they're asked to wait is problematic. We decided to come here because of the good reviews and had a HORRIBLE experience!! We ordered fish and chips. The waiter said "we have halibut today, is that okay?" and we said yes, thinking nothing of it because the way it was presented. We got our food and were ignored and had to eventually flag down a different member of the waitstaff to get our check. No biggie, but when we got the check we found that the halibut came with a $7 up-charge -- which was never mentioned to us, because who would pay $25 for fish and chips!? They also overcharged us for beers, which were listed on their menu as $5.50 each, and they charged us $6.50 each. When we pointed this out to the waitress who had brought our check out, she said she would take care of it. Instead, our original waiter came out to argue the halibut up-charge with us since he had "asked if you wanted the halibut" - SO SHADY! At this point, we just wanted to get out of there, and agreed to pay the up-charge if he lowered the price of the beers to the advertised price. He did not believe us, even after we showed him the menu on our phone, until he looked it up himself. We were glad to finally leave. The icing on the cake is that I just got my credit card statement, and they changed the tip line to give themselves an extra dollar!!! What a sneaky establishment, trying to trick people out of their hard earned money in all sorts of ways. We will NEVER be back - AVOID...

Magnificent!!!! The staff there is so amazing and the food well, it’s phenomenal we always order way to much!!! We have our favorite waitress and she is #1 she is always very nice and helpful I scratched my arm yesterday on the sign in back and was bleeding quite a bit and not only did she get me napkins but, a bandaid to boot!! Lol!! I absolutely suggest the prawns, clam chowder is perfectly cooked with lots of clams yummy!! Prime rib is so worth the cost but, last night we ordered something different and wasn’t surprised it was awesome I had the big burger and added avocado could only eat half due to awesome wings, prawns and chowder lol!! My husband ordered the halibut omg it melted in my mouth with a perfect breading!! I know I’m being very descriptive and probably making you hungry so honestly this little cozy bistro is the gem of Suquamish I always call ahead but, they have curbside pick up to your choice but, I guarantee no matter what you decided you will definitely without a doubt enjoy their amazing food and if you chose to eat in you’ll definitely enjoy the fast service and amazing staff!!!
