Believe me, if Google would let me, I would happily give this place a rating of 0 stars. I visited their establishment recently and experienced a complete lack of customer service. It does not come as a surprise to me that many people are leaving reviews saying that the staff here will intentionally add on charges to their customers' total bill for things they didn't order, and try to get away with sneaking some extra $$ from them. For those of you that have never been, the way you order is set up kind of like a drive-thru that doesn't go anywhere, circling around their little building, and there are some points where there just is not a way to leave. A young guy waiter approached my car and asked what I wanted. I asked for the 5 taco special. He said they don't do that anymore. I asked what specials they had. He said they don't have any specials. I asked to see a menu. He said they did not have one. I asked how much is a taco and he answered $2, which is a higher price than what they have listed on the Google menu. When I asked him about this, he said prices have gone up. I told him I really wanted the five Taco special, so since that wasn't going to work, I'd like to leave. At this point I was trapped into a line of cars, he said okay and then approached the last car in the line, two cars behind me. I assumed he was making arrangements so that he could help me leave. 5 minutes or so passed and nothing happened. Then I realized that he did not try to help me, and that I was either going to be stuck in this row of cars for a long time or I would have to do something about it myself. Only one car ahead of me needed to move for me to exit, and I asked them politely to move, and they kindly obliged. As I was struggling to exit, the worker who had spoke to me before, made a comment about me in Spanish and laughed to himself about me in a voice loud enough for me to hear. Takes your cash, makes food no gloves no hand washing, totally against health Dept regulations, it's easy to follow the proper procedures, they choose not to. The food is good but they don't wash hands or use gloves. I keep going because it convenient and the chicken burritos are fantastic. The same guy every time, he takes money, makes change, tops a burrito, grabs somthing from the back, tops a burrito, etc etc. Never using a glove, tongs or washing hands. It's just poor business, not to mention totally against the health Dept regulations. It spreads disease and is not safe food practice... Why do I keep going????..I wonder if he washes hands after going to the bathroom? Hard to tell what's going on there. I wish they would get it together I love the food but always roll the dice...
Read moreI kept hearing about how great this place was so I finally gave it a try. Yes, the exterior is a little shabby but the inside looks clean and tidy. The 4 times I have been I was help by a very pleasant woman. I have always ordered the steak burrito. I really enjoy that the cheese inside is melted and they seem to have just the right amount of ingredients. The burrito is easy to consume on the go by removing the foil wrap as you make your way down. I may try other options soon but the burrito is so darn good it dances through my mind every time I drive by! They usually have a few cars lined up, you can drive through either side and they have a walk up window if you want to eat at their covered outdoor seating area.
