Three Lakes Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Washington

I've never had such horrible customer service before. The woman at the counter was incredibly rude. Forcefully grabbing my partner's hand because he tapped his card on the wrong spot, and making comments about how "men can never find the hole", not to mention being overall rude. I ordered chicken and fries, the chicken was so salty it was actually uncomfortable to eat which I've never experienced before. I was able to literally pour salt off the chicken. The top of my box was also melted onto one of the chicken patties. The fries were just terrible. My partners burger was fine thankfully but he agreed with me on the fries. I will not be returning here, but if you go please be prepared for inappropriate behavior from the lady behind the counter. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my partner was at least satisfied with his burger.

Called in and Ordered a breakfast sandwich and “half” order of biscuits and gravy to go. I arrived and realized I forgot to order a side of hash browns. I asked how long it would take to make them and he relies, “well they take awhile”. I figured is wasn’t worth the wait as the rest of the food was already done. As I went to pay he opens one of the To-go boxes and shows me a side of hash browns in with my order! He saw my confused look and continued to explain that he was making some for another order that wasn’t ready yet, and could make more. Simple gesture, but demonstrated the type of compassion that seems to be lost in the industry. Great food, even better service!...

The food was delicious, much better than I expected, and the prices are great. I didn't find an updated menu, and wasn't able to get a printed one in the establishment but will definately be going back. Staff was delightful 😊 Located...
